I really want to do a cosplay next year but I've never made anything before. I want to make it my self so I was wanting to know if anyone here had some patterns to ether Riku (Kingdom hearts), Naruto, or if you have any tips or ideas to help me, a first timer.

I just did at this past one! (Ohayocon 200 cool I dressed as an unnamed ninja from the Leaf Village. (Naruto) Some girl mistook me for Choji stressed because of my body size, I guess.

I know it's a little late for advice, but..
It's always best, for a first timer, to go to a fabric store and find a pattern to something that has a similar design for what you're going for, and then just modify it to the best of your abilities.
