Personality: A very friendly feeling about him. Very full of life and energy.
Distinguishing Traits: Well in pendent stage he's basically a jelly with a glowing thing in it... i guess thats all distinguishing.

2. Your delivering a gift/letter
3. You have an ACC (rping reasons)
4. You work for the ACC (obvious reasons)
5. You just need to contact Akira for some reason. Like a message on the answereing machine or something (rp reasons again)
