Well, there's this rather o_o odd looking woman begging for skooma. And I have all of mine back in Cyrodill. Is there any in all of the Isles? I want to know what happens if you give her any, ;A;

I saw it in my guidebook. She gives you useless trinkets and occasionally potions. Basically you become her dealer.

Harodcore Go back to Cyrodil and get your skooma? lol I finally did it after looking through the entire realm and coming up empty handed; I hate leaving the Isles now, it's lame in Cyrodill. >:1

Well, if you can't find a dealer in the Isles, try and stomach a return to Cyrodiil, head over to Bravil at 2am, in the alley between the first two houses on the left after entering through the North gate. hope that helps a little. smile happy hunt...er...dealing?? lol xd

If you go to Split, the khajit there's (both of them, so you kill one and steal from the other, if you do the quest and want the skooma) an addict. You'll get like 15-20 bottles as I recall. If you haven't found Split, it's south of Hale, I think, and I believe Hale is labeled on your map eventually by default. Anyway, it's on the border of Mania and Dementia.
I did give her the skooma. She just rejoices and gives you useless crap, and yes, a few potions. It's not worth it. Killing her would be more fun.

I killed her (hehehe) and everyone else. I saved before it. It was amusing, especially their graves!
