The large and famous structure is largely intact. Only some of the top windows have been broken, but for some reason the structure has not suffered any more damage than that for over 100 years of acid rain. However, this structure is no longer used for it's ancheint pourpouses. Now it is a prominant roosting ground for those mutants that live in high places. It is rumored that a great birdlike creature rests up there, and if awakened it would probably level a good deal of the remaining structures.
However these are unconformed, and the tower is largely abandoned. You would never know this from the well grown and tidy gardens and plazas, clean lower floors, and attentive robots in the building.
