This horse s**t idea seems amazing to me and I just typed a good bit of it up. I havent thought this completely through and came up with a basic skeleton of this whole thing but I am going to copy it from the IM I had with a friend and slap it on here and y'all tell me whatcha think or whatever.

Here goes.


So you would post 2 times. Your attempt roll-must be greater than that persons armor class,this will including your additionals and penalties. and I will make a table for armors of Gaia. Then your opponent rolls for his action,with his stuff there. These rolls can include a description of the attack and perhaps tie in with your last post such as a recovery from a recent attack.

So it would look like this

1st Post Thomas rolled a 36. Adding his +10 attack bonus from the Flame Sword and a -8 from his Spartan shield and another -7 from the Mythril Armor on equals 31 attack rate.

This will go against your oppents. Say they are also attacking and score a 43. They override your attack,such as a parry and strike you. Then they roll for damage,including their description of the attack.

"Nheppetius swung the spear upward,knocking back Thomas's sword arm,making him almost topple backward and with this small bit of time,he withdrew his spear and jabbed firmly into the chest of Thomas,dealing a massive hit."

34dmg.

This is about as far as I got it. Math might be off. Suggestions plx.

As far as stats go. The only thing I would see important would be

-Life Points <-Gotta figure out how to gain more aka Level Up. :/ Maybe roll a small die for any additional.
-Penalties <- Due to s**t like armor weight
-Armor Points <- including additionals from "Legendaries" aka MC's that are seen fit by s**t who ever. Us the "Judges"..which really needs a better name.Who ever would like to help,we could create a table of any pieces of armor
and clothing resembling any type of battle worthy gear.Elemental weapons,such as Fire Gauntlets and Frostbite
will give a + in attack because they are elemental weapons Dur :B. I guess this.Armor Points will be considered
also for Guarding. Because the opponents attack with be placed up againt this and the numbers will be subtracted.
Say I got 50 AP and Earl the Trashman does 72 DMG,the I take on 12 dmg and since Earl got the strike he makes the
Action Post and if he didnt there is no Action Post,yes. I got a little upset because you god mod in here and I think
this will be something that we will have to be strict on. It at least has to be a decent literate post.

Ranking

This will be determined by how ever many fights youve had.

A win is worth 5
A lose is worth 2
A draw [such as two people attacking and some how throuhg space and time and rainbow dogshit
people kill each other on the same blow] is worth nothing.

So losers wont be all that sore,and from losing,you still gain experience from battle.

-Prizes.

From the gold we acquire,from people joining and the battles from our fighters challenging each other when can either give these people the won amount of gold , a item that could be on their wishlist and in this acquired gold amount.

Also we can let them remove stat penalties buy life points or have their armor re-enforced. aka buff it up.

Costs: I figure each battle will cost 25gold.

This will be affected by Rank. Say a less seasoned fighter wants to see if the "Fate" aka Dice will give him a good chance against a "Champion" one of the highest ranks of all the Fighters.

He has to pay the Judge 25 x her rank. Say that Champion is a the 7th rank and he has to pay..325 gold ? Math xc

I say we will have a few. Nothing big. Lets just say it might limit our fighters to what equipment they can use.

-Mage-uses light armor and any elemental and book weapons
-Brawler-uses light armor and fist/staff based weapons
-Barbarian-uses light armor and sword/blunt based weapons
-Thief-uses light armor and sword/archery weapons and limited blunt weapons
-Archer-uses medium/light armor and any weapon but staff and blunt weps
-Knight-uses medium/light armor and any weapon but staff and archery weps
-Assassin-uses medium/light armor and any weapon
-Soceror-uses medium/light armor and any elemental and book weapon
-Samurai-uses medium/light armor and sword weapons
-Monk uses medium/light armor and fist and staff weapons
-Shadow-uses medium/light armor and sword/archery weapons
-Beserker-No armor and any weapon but elemental and book
-Valkyrie-Female based heavy armor users with any weapon but book
-Slayer-Heavy armor users and any wep but book
-Spartan-Must have half of Spartan Armor
-Dragoon-Must have half of Damascus Armor
-Crusader-Must have half of Mythril Armor

Some of these will require a rank to be.
