Right, OK, so, I'm a very lazy person...and sometimes I get so lazy that I just feel like killing myself so that I won't have to do anything. I have a sort of depression, but I don't remember what it was called. I don't think it is very serious, but I was wondering if my laziness could make things worse? Um, and also, how can I get rid of my laziness? After my best friend drifted away, things just went downhill from there...I posted something about us in the relationship forum but not a lot of people have responded. So, uh, can anyone help me?

Being lazy is REALLY easy to do.. I know 'cause I've stopped working out, and going out, and I just wanna sit at home and do nothing.. or just eat and play video games and sleep. Best way to get rid of it is to just START doing something, like going to a gym, or walking somewhere and keep doing that like 3 times a week or something. You need a good motivation to get you started 'cause that first step is the hardest.. >_> It's possible that it could make it worse, but it also could have no effect. I'm not sure on that since I don't know you or your situation.

If I Go Crazy... Usually laziness comes with Depression.
It's sometimes good to force yourself to go for a walk. Or a bike ride. That's what I did.
Maybe go to a movie. It's getting out. But doesn't require a lot of work.... Then Will You Still Call Me Superman?

You most definitely need to do something with yourself. Nothing makes any form of depression or anxiety worse than not doing anything.
