If anyone has a posted contract that has already been accepted, that person who posted it should remove that contract from the forum so noone else can get dissapointed at finding an already taken contract.

Why, Brother? If it is left up, we may look at the contract more easily and see if the Brother or Sister fulfilling the contract requires help.

Why, Brother? If it is left up, we may look at the contract more easily and see if the Brother or Sister fulfilling the contract requires help.

Or at the very least, the person should edit their first post, mentioning that the contract has been taken.
