The old buildings of this once fabulous square are still largely intact, allowing the city to keep the title "City of lights". Large bilboards still advertise now long forgotten products, and plasma TVs shine out various news peices from modern times. The buildings are expensive to the extream, often still containing ancheint technology put in place to deter robbers and assains. They sell everything here, from fruit to rocket launchers to prostectic limbs. A entrence to the city's Black market is here too (but that is for a different thread) and is often filled to the brim with new adventures, with stars in their eyes and new weapons on their back, who often come back a week later as a mutant who gets killed by other adventurers.

A Man with his whole body wrapped in Cloth jumps over the rooftops, finally stopping at the billboard. "Coca-cola... Those were the days..." He mutters to himself before tearing the wrapping off, revealing his crisp, dark skin, tale, and fuzzy ears. He stood there, staring at the billboard. "Dad told me about this.. it used to be made from cocaine."

The bilboard crackled pathetically as the axe cut through it. The neon filling fell to the ground below, but the reaction of any people down there could not be seen from this height. The sign groaned and began to fall down as the metal gurders supporting it were cut. A small robot popped over the edge of the building, it's tiny robotic body resembling a spider.
"ACCUSED," it chimed in a metalic tone "YOU ARE UNDER AR-ARREST FOR THE CRIME OF VANDILISIM, AND CARRYING A WEAPON UNSHEITHED IN THE CITY L-LIMITS."
The small contraption reached two of it's legs into a compartment on it's back and retreived a pair of handcuffs. It began to walk towards the man with the axe, and said "YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT, ANYTHING YOU SAY CAN AND WILL BE USED AGAINST YOU IN THE COURT OF LAW. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO AN ATTOURNY, IF YOU CANNOT AFFORD ONE, THEN ONE WILL BE PROVIDED FOR YOU. IF YOU RESIST ARREST, I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO USE FORCE. IF YOU THINK THAT YOU HAVE BEEN RECLESSLY ACCUSED, OR THAT THIS ACCUSATION WAS DONE AS A MANNER OF LOWERING YOUR PERSONAL PLACE IN A GROUP OR COMMUNITY, THEN YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUIT. END OF MESSAGE FROM POLICE BOT 147-97STF ZERO NINER DELTA."

The mechanical spider easily sidestepped the attack, and lifted out a taser towards his target, screaming "DANGER! DANGER! HOSTILE CONFRONTED. R-REQUESTING BACKUP, WILL ATTEPMT TO APPREHEND."
The robot's arm missed as it lunged forward wildly, in an attempt to hit the culpret broadside the face.

As the uppercut missed, his punchyes jammed into the robot's body.

"No turning back now." Leo said. he swung his axe in an arc, missing completely. he then turned and jumped onto another rooftop, jumping over another building and crouching down when he landed.

((Lmao XD)) Leo looked down from the top of the building at the robot's remains. He grunted and said. "I need to be more careful around these parts. especially wiht the way i look right now."

The small explosion seemed to attract quite the crowd as people thronged together on the ground below to investigate the ruins of the machine. Some of them began to run into nearby buildings, and a few even attempted to climb the building leo was on, with rather disasterous results.
