People there's a few things you should know.
1. No one will have a shinigami eye but the shinigami for a while.
2. You aren't allowed to simply know someone's name. In other words NO GOD MODING!
3. Shinigami will follow the rules as per the show. Which means:
A. No telling the name of the person that your human is trying to kill
B. No telling them about other shinigami
C. No other humans can see you unless they've touched your deathnote
D. You can talk to other shinigami, and go to the shinigami realm as you please, but remember to keep an eye on your humans. Okay?
4. All Whammy kids must have a nickname AND a real name stated in prof,
5.There will only be eight people with deathnotes, per the rules.
6. Owners of deathnotes can hand over ownership of the deathnote to others, but they lose their memories of having it.
7. No one can have more than one deathnote.
8.If and when you get back your deathnote after letting someone else borrow it, then you can get your memories back.
9. People of the police force, can choose to work with any side they want. They can even choose not to be involved with either.
10.Shinigami HAVE to start in the shinigami realm.
11. All those killed will either go to the shinigami world, or the in between place.
12. If your character dies you can come back, but you'll have to start from scratch. Which means that if you had a deathnote it will be given to someone else or any info you had gathered will be void.
13. You can work in a group to decide who to kill and how to figure out their real name, but only one person can truly own the deathnote.
14. Kids from Whammy's house can have a deathnote, but they have to either recieve or trick it away from a Kira worshipper.
15. If you die and haven't handed your deathnote over to someone else, then it will revert back to your shinigami.
16. Deathnote's won't be given out until after we have a few shinigami, so invite a few friends. Kira worshippers can still go after L guys, but just can't use deathnote powers yet.
