My first question is about dirge of cerberus: exactly how is chaos related to omega?
And secondly: How does cloud have Zacks memories? I've seen that secret cutscene in FFVII which explained stuff but i still don't really get how Cloud has his memories.
Explain please

They call Chaos a sort of scion to Omega. In a way, Chaos is the only one who could quell Omega and stop it. That's about it really.
Second, the cutscene in FFVII is not secret, haha. Cloud inherited Zack's memories through the Jenova cells that he and Zack were injected with after Nibelheim was burned down when he was 15. Jenova began to mess with Cloud's mind and when Zack died right in front of him, Jenova reacted and ended up imitating Zack's memories and behaviors.

Cloud didn't REALLY inherit Zack's memories, he only replaced Zack in the memories he already had of him. Like he doesn't know anything about Zack's parents or home life, just what Cloud himself has seen of him.

now I've actually finished the PSP game Crisis core and it explains a lot.
first of all Cloud doesn't really have the memories of Zack.(Note: what I'm about to type may be a bit of a spoiler if you've haven't played of beaten Crisis Core, if so do not continue reading).
At the end of the game, Zack is in his dying moments, and cloud drags himself to him. Zack tells Cloud to become his legacy, and to continue his dreams and life.
Basically Zack just gave over his life stories as SOLDIER 1St Class member onto Cloud (since cloud never really made it to SOLDIER)
