My white minature schauzer has tear stains! Does anyone know what to do?

I'm pretty sure there's some tear stain remover spray stuff on the market. I don't know if it works or anything because I've never tried it.

I typically just wash my dog's eyes (and stains) quickly with a wet, warm washcloth when his gets bad. Gets the gunk out anyway.

My son's dog has those too. In fact he's such a little grub he looks apricot in places... smile Petsmart have tear stain remover in their grooming section which works well for stubborn stains.
