The little white ulaya had nothing to do. When she said nothing, she meant NOTHING! Her head was about to explode of boredom. This was the bad thing about being one who got bored very easily.

Asami glanced around from where she was laying high in the tree tops. Maybe something interesting would happen. A small bug was in front of her face. What kind of bug was it? The ulaya could only see the front of it with its huge black eyes looking at her. Curiosity got the best of her and she lazily sat up to get a better look at the insect. Just a boring lady bug. Yet another boring thing. Asami let the little red polka dot thing crawl on her claw before she put it on a nearby leaf, which it could happily eat. Where was someone to talk to or bother at a time like this?!!!

One would call Dhiren childish, but that was only what he showed others. His gem proved them wrong, even though his actions don't. Quite smart for who he is, Dhiren chooses not to show it. Why should he have to prove he's smart when his gem already does? Plus, it was no fun being serious all the time. He found himself rolling about in a bit of tall grass. Of course, it was long dead, but still standing, surprisingly.

It seemed like fun, and he was enjoying himself. Smashing bits of grass to make a secret hiding place. Though there was nothing secret about it at all. Anyone could see that there was something in the tall grass. Plus, he wasn't being all that quite either. Apart from the movement of the grass, and the laughs he made, anyone could tell he was there. But that was the point of trying to make a secret fort. To make it with enough noise, and then try to hide it from others. It made it ten times more challenging.

A sound in the distance caught Asami's attention. Laughing? Her ears pricked back towards the noise and she slowly made her way towards it while still on tree branches. She let a small giggle slip from her when she noticed the redish colored ulaya rolling around in the half way dead grass. What on earth was he doing? It was easy to see him from above.

Asami watched the interesting colored male for a few more seconds before she made her move. It was fun to jump on others when they least expected it while you were hiding away in a tree. Her muscles tensed for a second then let loose and she was flying towards the red panda male. She knew she was light enough that she wouldn't hurt him when she landed.

At first, he thought the female was his sister. "Nalini!" he said and the looked around to see that who jumped on him wasn't her. "Oh! Sorry!" he said as he rolled out from under her. He didn't jump from her landing on him, in fact he half expected it every time. Mostly because of his sister. "I thought you were my sister for a second." He said with a smile finally out from under her.

He felt strange for calling her Nalini. He should have looked before saying a name. Though the only ulaya that ever jumped on him was Nalini. "I'm Dhiren" He said with a bow. His green gem matched lovely with his green eyes.

His reaction wasn't like all the others she had jumped on. He seemed to expect it. Did he already know she was there or was he used to it? When he spoke, Asami's head tilted. Who was Nalini? Maybe she always jumped on him, which could've been why he didn't have the same reaction as the others. "Your sister?" The white ulaya said looking herself over once. "Hm... I see no resemblance between you and me, so that must mean we are not related. I'm guessing she pounces you a lot?" She asked as she looked him over once whenever he got off the ground.

"I'm Asami." She said watching him bow. A giggle of pure amazement slipped from her as he did this. Her eyes slowly moved from his striped tail, to his panda looking torso, to his face which had interesting markings, and finally to his dark green eyes. Asami was very interested in his markings, they were so strange, but interesting.

He scratched his head with a paw. Felling rather stupid for a moment. "Yeah... Sorry about that! I didn't see who was jumping on me, and she's the only one that normally does." He said with a rather small chuckle at the end.

He looked at her for a moment as she looked at his body. "Nice to meet you Asami. " he said. he didn't know why she was looking at him like that. "So, why did you pounce on me? He asked trying to start up a conversation between the two of them. To him, her coloring was strange, but he only knew His sister.

The ulaya shrugged her shoulders a little at his apology. There was no reason to apologize, everyone made mistakes sometimes. She stretched a little when she was done looking at his strange features. His strange markings were stuck in her head now, since they were so interesting.

Asami nodded her head at his politeness. The introduction was rather boring, but maybe the middle and end of their conversation would be better. "I dunno. Its something I do for pure fun. Have you ever done that to some random ulaya and watch their reaction?" She asked, stepping back a second to look around the area. "What were you doing before I jumped from the tree onto your back?" The white ulaya said remembering him doing something strange.

"No. I am afraid I don't just randomly jump on others. In fact, apart from my sister, your the only other ulaya I've seen." it was sad, but the truth. He wanted to laugh at himself for being so stupid, but kept it in. " But that's not the point. I don't know if I would actually jump on someone unless I knew them. Just to avoid getting other's angry."

Though, thinking about it, he was curious on what other's would do if someone randomly jumped on him. He knew it wouldn't be like this, since he was expecting it, just from a different ulaya. Maybe she had something going on that made it fun to jump on others. "I guess the only thing I can do is jump on someone to see. " He chuckled.

Finally he rubbed his chin at her question. "Well I was chasing my tail and had just caught it when you jumped on me. It's a little raskle some times." He said with a chuckle as if it had a mind of itself. "It wags too much, you see. When I'm bored, I just find it fun to see if I can out smart it." Of course, he knew that his tail wasn't alive, but that wasn't the point of the matter. He wasn't trying to be smart. No, he was just trying to have fun.

"You only have seen two ulaya and your a grown ulaya?" Her head tilted a bit and she couldn't help but giggle a bit. At first she thought he was playing a trick on her, but when his face stayed serious, she quickly stopped. "Oh, you were serious? Sorry. Well, you obviously need to go meet other than."

"If someone gets angry, you just run away quickly." She said with a nod. "Of course, you need to jump on someone bigger than you, since you would crush whoever was smaller." Again her head nodded as Asami glanced around a bit. A large yawn escaped the white ulaya as she sat watching him. Ugh, this was boring. She wanted to move and jump and do something other than sit and talk.

"Well, tails can be strange at times, especially ones like yours." She said looking at the little fluff at the end of her back. "You wanna go on a walk?" Asami asked completely changing the subject. Hopefully he would say yes and they wouldn't just sit here all day being BORED. Again she yawned.

"Well, I can't say I got out much when I was a kid." He chuckled. Well, in reality he did, he just didn't run into anyone else. He was told to be careful, so he was careful in not meeting others. Plus, it wasn't like they'd come where he and his sister where anyways. He flicked his tail, now that it wasn't in his mouth any more. "Well, I am meeting you, aren't I? I'll meet more Sooner or later, I'm sure." he said rather charming.

"I can't say I'm that fast of a runner." He laughed. "But I do hop good." He pondered that bigger part. He was pretty big himself, so it wouldn't be easy to find someone bigger then him. "Oh... Well obviously the other would have to be bigger then I, or I'd squish them." he said with another laugh.

"Strange? My tail?" He blinked. "I fear your's is more strange then mine. If that's what you call a tail." He said. His parents, and his sister had the same tail. "A walk sounds nice. As long as my strange tail doesn't bug you. Hahaha"

Her head tilted how could one not get out much when they were young?! It seemed impossible to her, but only because she was raised pretty much by herself. Asami's father was there to help her along the way, but she usually found a way to meet others. It was probably what built her character. "Well, good luck with meeting other ulaya that are as interesting as I am." She said with a giggle.

"Hop?" She hadn't heard of a ulaya hopping instead of running. The thought of it made Asami's usual welcoming smile grow a little. Asami stretched a little while keeping her dark green eyes on his. She liked to look at the marking under his eyes. It made him look... unique.

"What?! My tail is one of the most normal tails there are. When you meet other ulaya, you will see that my kind of tail is much more common than your kind of tail." She said looking from his tail to the little fluff on her butt end. "I'm sure it wont bother me too much. I have seen stranger ulaya than you. Of course, strange is a good thing. It makes you stand out." When she was done speaking, she stood up and began walking in a random direction. Her legs carried her wherever they felt seemed exciting for the day.

"Oh?" He said looking at her funny. "You say you are most interesting? I'm sure everyone has something interesting about themselves." He said with a smile and a scratch with his back leg below his ear. "You'll always meet someone that's more interesting then the last person you met." He said. "one way or another."

Perhaps, he was only kidding himself, but that's what he thought. There was always something fascinating about another. And the more you meet, the more you seem to be fascinated with the next one you may run into.. He nodded to her question. "Indeed. It's where you kind of bounce, but move forward making you move in two different ways. Up and down, and forward."

"Maybe you think that all tails are alike, but indeed they are not!" He said with a laugh. Sometimes he couldn't help but letting stuff out like that. It made him feel weird, and probably made the other think of him as weird. "Strange? Good? That could be debatable." he said with a laugh. If he was a human, one would expect him to have glasses of some sort. He followed her wondering were exactly she was going. Of course, his curiosity got the better of him.

"Well, there might be more interesting ulaya in looks, but in character, I have only found a small pawfull of others that have been as interesting as I think I am." She watched as he scratched behind his ear with his back leg and tilted her head, but said nothing about it. How did he know so much about meeting other ulaya, but he hadn't ever met any other ulaya besides her and his family.

"It sounds interesting." Asami said giving it a try. She bounced up and forward then did it once more before stopping and look to him. "Better than walking if you are hyper I guess." Her head nodded a little as her dark green eyes peered around at the area.

"Well, most tails are alike. At least around here most tails look like mine." Her ears flicked towards his laugh. Asami smiled and answered him with a thoughtful look. "I guess some might not like different, but I find it a great thing. You stand out in a crowd, which is better in my opinion." She childishly began to skip forward as she looked over her shoulder to make sure he was keeping up with her. "Well, are you coming slow poke?"

She was indeed a strange female. How couldn't she think anyone was more interesting then the next? But it was just how he was. He flicked his tail and watched her for a moment. "I think your high of yourself." he said with a hearty laugh.

"Who says you have to be hyper to hop?" he certainly wasn't, and did it anyways. It was good movement for the body. But She probably was. Or at least he thought she was.

"No. You just think they are alike. Every one is different to some sense. Even twins aren't the same." He said with a nod. "I don't stand out as much as you think. In a crowed, no one would even notice I was there. Unless of course, they were all the same color." He laughed. He was making his way just hopping slowly. "Well, if I wasn't I wouldn't be moving."

"You think I'm high of myself?" She asked tilting her head. Hm... no one had ever said that before, but it might just be true. "Not all of the time, just in certain areas. Everyone has to have their weaknesses and strengths somewhere, am I wrong?" Asami asked as she watched him closely.

"Well, I say that. It is more work to hop. If you are not hyper then you must be tired... and if you are tired you must not want to hop." Why did he make her think so much?! No one ever made her think as much as he was doing right now, but thinking is a good thing.

"I never said they looked exactly alike. I simply mean that they have the same shape." Asami said trying to think of how many other ulaya that didn't have the same shape of tail she had. It was a small paw full. "I think you would stand out, especially if they are all bright colored. Now if they are all your color, you might stand out by your interesting markings. Though, you are right about you not standing out that much, after all you are a natural color." This ulaya seemed to be more of a thoughtful kind of ulaya. He had to analyze every possible thing. It made Asami curious and want to know more about him for some reason.
