Does anyone, like me, believe in the existence of Elves and fairies? Because it has been proved that they existed once - the lived among us, smaller, darker coloured humans who knew everything about nature. People began craving for their knowledge - and so they retreated in the moutnains, where they have supposed to stayed, but nobody's ever heard from them since.
Well? Anyone?

I think its posible that they exist, but not like the overrated ones like in fairytales and Disney movies. But I do believe that there are some things we haven't fully found out and understand yet. 3nodding

just as I thought biggrin
My theory is that they are creatures of a higher level of existence - like ghosts, but somewhat closer to our world...

Yes, the same way that some of us have a higher developed sixth sense and the way some of us has otherworldly capabilities, like telepathy and such. 3nodding

I completely believe in faeries...I wrote this huge post about them but it seems gaia ate it.
I don't think fae exist like disney portrays them but I definately believe that they're here, you just have to be open minded enough to catch sight of them. I also think they're starting to move away from society because of the megagrowth of technology.

No, I'd be astounded if I encountered one looking like the fairy godmother :S No, they probably live on a higher existence level and ar able to transform themselves in this world - it's a lower world after all.

I do believe in Elves. Not the stupid fat, tiny ones. Tolkien elves. Tall. Willowy. Wise. Nature loving. But I'm not sure they exist now. They were probably all hunted down and burned as witches in the Middle Ages. crying

Well, I don't really know much about that. But I saw the documental on that fosil they found they called the hobbit and i believe at least some fairy tales and stories about things like lepreachuns and small mischiviose people may have come from that.
