It felt good to be out of the bar, even if he had to watch his back. The failed show had done a number on his reputation, and for a while he had been avoiding going out just to keep himself from trouble.
But Demy Stardust was not one to be cooped up for too long, and he had gone out even though Lou had said it wasn't that good of an idea. There was only so much the little rocker could do in the upstairs part of their home before getting bored, especially with Lou usually working downstairs in the bar.
He'd worry about that later. For now he was going to enjoy his time out and get himself some good food with money he had hidden away. It wasn't too much, but it'd be enough to get himself a burger or something at what had once been his favorite restaurant. It only took a flash of his membership card to get himself a nice seat, and soon enough the little one was lounging in a seat and waiting for whatever waiter was lucky enough to serve a star like himself to show up. The tip of his tail twitched a bit to the beat of the music as he waited.

After the breakup of the Electric Oreos, former guitarist Spencer Sparkz had had a particularly rough time. Various misfortunes along the way had led him to the lowly position of waiter at the Hard Rock cafe. Despite his bitterness over his fall to such a demeaning position, he refused to let go of his pride. Every now and then, a customer might recall his name....former fans which lead to either a bit of showing off on his part or enraged embarrassment as they jeered at him. And if he ever saw their dumbass leader again....
Unbeknownst to the former rocker, their paths would cross sooner than he'd ever expected. Spence had hardly glanced up as the new customer was seated. Just when he'd thought he could relax. The head waiter, Chip, must still be mad about that guy he'd pissed off last week that had insisted upon talking to his manager. "Pfft..." Spence snorted, remembering the red-faced man bellowing at a timid Chip. Served him right.
Collecting his ticket book, the former rocker strode slowly over to the newcomer's table. "Can I get you something?" the waiter grunted, not even bothering to look at the seated youth.

Demy was much more interested in the stuff hanging on the wall than the waiter who had shown up. One day something of his would be up there, he just knew it. His ears gave a small twitch at the sound of the waiter's voice, but his head didn't turn to look. Something about that voice sounded oddly familiar though...
"A burger...and a glass of chocolate milk."
Honestly, he had to be one of the only ones that showed up at Hard Rock and ordered chocolate milk, but damnit it was his drink of choice when he wasn't dealing with booze. The waiter would just have to get over how odd that sounded and get him his order.

Spence wrote the order down, slowing as the customer ordered milk. Something about that voice and...chocolate milk?? It...couldn't be. The waiter's eyes slowly lifted to confirm his suspicions. "YOU!" he shouted in a mixture of surprise and rage.
He'd never thought he would run across Stardust again. But he swore that if he ever did, the boy would pay for ruining his life!

"Why yes, it's me! Demy Stardust..." Demy turned, grinning in preparation to meet his adoring fan. Said grin swiftly turned into a confused look when he spotted just who was waiting for him. "....Spenceypoo?! What the hell ya doing here man? ...Wanna get some food with me---" The boy trailed off as he eyed the ticket book in Spence's paws. Spence...was his waiter? But... "...Dude, you WORK here?" Demy busted out laughing at that, slipping in a few comments about how he always knew Spence wasn't the great guitarist he claimed himself to be.

Spence growled in anger. "The only reason I'm stuck at this stupid job is because of you! I could've had my own band if I hadn't been burned by the great Demy Stardust! No one wanted to hook up with me after that! All because of you!!" the waiter spat, hardly able to keep himself from launching himself at the ever cocky star.

"Oh please Spence, you left me. If anyone was burned it was me for you guys being idiots and leaving!" Demy snorted, giving a cocky grin up at the other. "Now be a good little waiter and go fetch my food, will you?" The boy burst out laughing again not seeming to notice just how angry the other was getting. Either that or he simply didn't care.

"Pfft! It was you who was the idiot, dumbass! You're jut too full of yourself to realize it! Or too stupid! Get out of here before I decide to break that pretty face of yours!," the waiter snarled.

"I'm pretty sure threats weren't included in your job description Spenceypoo." Demy continued to smirk up at him. "Go on and fill my order, or must I call over the manager?..."

"...No need," Spence smirked suddenly, glancing at the clock on the wall. "It's time for my break." Grabbing the boy's collar, he drug the rocker from his seat and headed for a back room where they could talk in private.

"Hey what the hell?!?!" The boy yiped as his collar was grabbed, and quickly started snarling at the other. "Paws OFF, you know no one is allowed to touch my collar, ESPECIALLY not this one!" It was a new one afterall. The one from his Electric Oreos days was locked up in a box somewhere back at the bar. The new one from Lou was -only- to be touched by the bartender. Snarling and snapping his teeth the boy struggled to get away from the larger star.

"Pfft...whatever!" Grabbing the youth's arm instead mostly to keep his mouth shut rather than out of fear of the youth's hollow threats, the elder audio pushed through the door to the back room open and shut it firmly behind.

Once in the room Demy growled and pushed the other away from him. "Geeze Spenceypoo, I knew you liked to do it in some strange places but the backroom of a restaurant is totally not my style..." The boy huffed, and moved off to look around the room. His tail swished a bit behind him as he looked around the small break area.

"Pft! I can get a lot better tail than you these days, Demy," Spence growled, removing part of his uniform so as not to get it bloody.

"As a waiter?! Yeah I'm sure that's a real turn on there Spencey. Meanwhile I'm still a star and do gigs and stuff! So there!" Okay so one gig, and he had failed miserably at it. Spence didn't need to know about that. "Dunno why you're pulling off clothes, we aren't going to do anything."
