this - tied around one of them.

The bee collects the pollen by rubbing against the anthers. The pollen collects on the hind legs, in dense hairs referred to as a pollen basket.
So maybe something like
this.
The furry part would look like a glove, with darker brown 'rings' of fur (sort of reminding the striped coat of bees) and slightly sharp nails. And something similar for the legs too. The rest would just look like normal human skin.

Personality: As a kid (might evolve later) ~ collected, likes gardens and observing nature. Also likes doodling, reading and to know how to write words (pun on spelling bee I guess XD). But even though she is usually calm, and prefer to avoid conflicts, she may get cantakerous if it involves her egg/dragon. She is very protective of it.
