scream That's a mixture of hardware, and the web browser. The PSP handles WiFi fine, but because of it's RAM *I don't know how the 64 MB one handles*, but 32 MB for HUGE sites like IGN, or Gaia just is hard to do on that little of RAM.
Also the PSPs web browser in general is pretty basic, and kinda weird.
I have faith in Skype, because they've been able to put there program on mobile cell phones before. I'm sure they are experienced enough to handle the programing for the PSP.
