 Pepper sat by the edge of the lake and stared at the icy sheet covering the water, debating on whether it could hold his weight or not. He had heard of others doing this sort of thing before, but he still wasn't quite sure. He was up for something fun, but at the same time, he wasn't up for an icy cold swim. He lied down and placed his head on his paws and sighed.

((Elf! I think you replied to the wrong topic. XD)) Glitch roamed around in the winter landscape, looking for fun. Or trouble. However one would interpret it.
There was nothing here but snow, ice, and trees. She sure can't torture those things. Well, she could, but they wouldn't react, and the effort would be worthless.
She continued wandering around until she spotted a rather festively color male. She noted that he was looking at the frozen lake longingly, and it gave her an idea.
Smirking to herself, she carefully stepped on the ice and slid around. This was entertaining, but seeing the Ulaya's looking would be more rewarding.((Typing her name as Glitch because I'm lazy. XP))

Pepper sat up as soon as he saw blue horned female begin to slide around on the ice.
"Ah hah! So it IS safe!" he chuckled. He stepped onto the ice carefully and moved his front paw around a bit. "Of course...I knew that..."
He then began to slide around also as he approached the bright blue female. "My name's Pepper...who are you?" he said, raising an eyebrow.

(Yeah, my bad. ^^; I must say though, that's a rather unique form of leet that you have there, lol. And I think my pet remains cert-less. =/ It hasn't been two months yet though, so I'm not posting it in that other thread yet.)  Yoake watched the two Jokoa thoughtfully from under a tree as they attempted to skate around the icy pond. Though she was normally a lot more cheerful and out-going, the icy weather seemed to have put a damper on her spirits. At the moment she remained in a tight, fluffy ball, eternally grateful for the gift of fur. Hmm, maybe moving around a bit would help be to warm up, she mused, though she didn't exactly feel like getting up at the moment. Instead, the sunset colored Ulaya stayed where she was, enjoying watching the others.

((The colorist does appear around the main thread though. Next time she comes around I'll ask her about it. ^^))
Glitch narrowed her eyes and she slid away carefully from Pepper. She determined that this fellow was rather upbeat and wouldn't be easy to make angry.
It would be simple to make him cry perhaps.
"And why do you need to know?" She murmered, while brushing the ice with her long tail. Glitch was trying to find the weak spot in the lake, where it would be easy to fall in.

Pepper slid closer to her, ignoring the fact that she had tried to slip away from him, and grinned at her. "Oh...just in case I ever want to see you again," he said, giving her a little wink. He was feeling a little flirtatious, more so than normal for some reason.
He then slid away and twirled around a few times, trying to show off. Out of the corner of his eye he though he saw a beautiful sunset. He turned around and looked at the sky, but the sun was still high in the sky. 'Huh...that's odd...' he thought to himself. He figured it must have just been his imagination, and he continued spinning around, having fun on the ice.

Yoake continued to watch the two in mild amusement. The blue female seemed to have some ill-intent hidden behind her actions. Hmm, I wonder what she's up to, she thought vaguely to herself. The male however didn't seem to notice a thing. On the contrary, his body language seemed to indicate that he was attempting to flirt with her. Baka, Yoake thought to herself, rolling her eyes at this.

Glitch just ignored the flirtacious tone in Pepper's voice and continued skating around. She found a thin spot of ice right in front of her, and that sunset-colored Ulaya was still around.
"Instead of bothering me, bother that girl over there." She flicked her head in the other one's general direction. Before Pepper could react, she started scampering away, jumping and cracking the ice a bit.

"Ah...hey! Be careful...are you trying to fall in or sumthin?" he yelled as she scampered away. "Ah...whatever." he sighed.
'Other girl? What is she talking about?' Pepper turned around and looked to see if he could see anyone. Finally he noticed the sunset colored Ulaya in the tree. 'Oh...so thats what I saw earlier...' he thought to himself as he began to walk towards the tree. He figured he might as well leave the ice, that crazy blue Ulaya had already broken it...and she wanted nothing to do with him apparently anyway. 'Hmph..'

Yoake lifted her ears up towards the new comer in mild curiosity. Oh? Coming this way is he? she thought to herself, a slight smirk crossing her face. "Konnichi wa," she greeted once he was close enough. "Onamae wa Yoake desu. Onamae wa nan desu ka?" Of course, he probably wouldn't understand a word she just said, but it would be amusing to see his reaction.
(Translation: Hello. My name is Yoake. What's your name?)
