Everytime i try to ollie, the board goes too far out in front of me! The tail barely goes up at all...
I kno wat i'm supposed to do (the steps...), but i cant actually do it. The board just flies out from under me.

it goes too high and it goees way out in front of me to where mai feet cant even reach the damn thing!

try kicking the board bakckwards when u kick it down
tht way the board wont fly out in front of u, and if u catch the board it shuld automatically level out

I believe you're leaning backwards (towards your tail) a little anticipating the board popping up. Don't do that. You're board will be popped up, but you're body weight should stay centered above the board. I used to do that when trying to learn to kickflip, and it gave me a TON of problems.
