Monk's spade would be nice cause after mastering that all other weapons are super light and easy to use.

Human body, both mine and other's. If the body doesn't count though, I'd opt for polearms and swords.

as a star wars Junky, In any fictional world I would like to master a lightsaber esq weapon in general.
but limited reality, the only weapon I feel I could stand to gain more proficiency and mastership with would be shafted weapons. Bo, Spear, Pikes, etc.

lol Mastering the light saber, too bad you can't. Now a cool weapon to master would be the Tomo katana; Basically two katana connected by one hilt pointing in different directions. to put it in "Star Wars" terms, it's what Darth Maul wielded.

Staff and sai.
Staff because I've seen some awesome proformances with the bo that I feel envious that I can't yet do anything close to their level.
Sai I've always wanted to master, I've only been learning it for about a year now (pretty much all on my own, except for the first day I picked up a set), but I find that I am picking up the moves very easily.
