I dont think there is a topic about dinkles the marching shoe so feel free to post about Dinkles here......I like to make fun of Dinkles.

A piece of advice. NEVER wear Dinkles to a 6 hour marching band practice. It gives you major blisters!

We don't have Dinkles. I don't really know what we have, and i can't check either because my marching shoes are in my Band locker, which i can't get into until the 7th.
HA! i just remembered, we have Drill Masters.

Dinkles look really bad when u wear them with long socks and shorts I did that and it look so bad someone told me to put my crocs back on............Dinkles..........I luv saying that ^.^

I didn't even bother to think there were other brands of marching shoes. All we use are Drill Masters. rofl

wtf?
They're really wide, 'cause they're unisex shoes. (Which I love, because I have freakishly wide feet. .________.) However, the soles are REALLY thin, so they get really uncomfortable to stand in after a while. Eventually, my dad bought Dr. Scholl's shoe inserts. XD They're a bit more bearable, now.
I remember one night at marching practice, one of our band directors said: "You guys are marching sometimes like you're in pain! Are your shoes uncomfortable or something?"
Everyone: YES!!!! >O

Ha! Dinkles are sexy! Me and my friend were bored, so we were trying to find things that fit into the, You know your in marching band when. . . I decided we needed one for our marching shoes and she comes out with,
Guys aren't the only ones with dinkles!!

My freshman and sophomore years when I went to the School to get my uniform and instrument and wait for warmup with everyone else. I'd show up with my marching shorts on, white tenni shoes, and black socks worn high. It was a little better when i changed into my black marching shoes, but not much better. I said that we looked like a bunch of dorks. XD

Wow, we don't even have regulation marching shoes. It's jsut "Get something black without laces"
Then there's the magical box of spare marching shoes (stuff senoirs left behind)

My high school uses Dinkles, but in college, it's pretty much whatever you can get ahold of. Love the Dinkles. I have a white pair from high school and a black pair for college. I like the white ones better..much flashier. sweatdrop
