i like channelling energy from the elements for different things, like earth for healing, water for emotional needs, fire for physical needs like strain and air for inspiration.

I am partial to Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki, the spiritual laying on of hands. In this manner, I can put Reiki energy (healing power) into who I'm using it on in the form of a discreet massage. Since my place on the Medicine Wheel is in the West (earth), people say my using Reiki helps ground them.
I'm also fond of using proper gemstones to assist, such as rose quarts, obsidian, and tiger's eye.

I could never get into gemstones...I'm not much for tools either except for a native American staff or a stick.

Well I just use reiki. I'm not entirely sure if it's any particular reiki. Well, how I use reiki is by first "connecting" my energy to the Earth's center. Then by placing my hands on the person (or myself) I imagine energy comming down from the cosmos through my heart chakra and through my arms. I also feel energy comming from the bottom of my feet and passing through my heart chakra through my arms and out from my hands.

Ahh man, this doesn't help me. I lack the intent to heal anything. Like my head can be in it, but the heart's not.
Can you guys provide me with something does not require intent.

nothing works if you don't work for it. what do you visualize as "energy".
What tools can you use...do you follow a religion context? cast a circle use a drop of water placed on what hurts. Leave a chalice of water under a full moon and drink that. just give it a chance.

My healing element is water, It is the easiest one to use. I usually just fill a cup that I made with rain water, purify it, and let it soak in the full moon rays, and then send my energy into it. Since it is able to drink, the people who need it can drink it, and taking a little bit and putting it over their wound. I also use the water to cleanse the soul, after I cast a spell on it. It takes a long time, but it's worth it. Of course I also use herbs., or just even my magickial energy if I did not give it to my love....
I can't touch living things.... >_< I can't even grow plants.... everything I touch dies on me...... I tried growing chives, which are the easiest herb to grow, I touched the seeds, and they did not grow. crying I kinda suck at being a healer. I can never own a pet....

They die on me way too early. My gunia pig just died a few weeks ago, he was only two years old...... I do not know. It's weird. Every time I hold them, they get sick after awhile. >_<

XD i dunno, but think about it, if you have that type of energy in your hads then you have two options, 1, learn to control it, 2. wear gloves. now since you are not at a point of control yet the answer si simple, just wear gloves, I dunno what kind just see what works for you
