There's a shop in skingrad, i believe it's called "All thing alchemical" or something like that. I went in and talked to the shopkeeper about "Skingrad" and she said that she moved here from Vvardenfell. Then...she says "Do you know what the fine for necrophilia is in Cyrodiil?". I respond with "That depends, is it the first offense?" and she says "Let's just say...no." then the only option is "Then it's at least 500 gold". After saying that, she states"Wow, that's so much less than it is in Vvardenfell! Thank you!"
I don't believe I'll be going back to that store anytime soon...

I half expect to find her loitering around crypts or graveyards, or just on a battlefield.

Well, that explains why Oblivion is rated M....for mature. Also, in the Shivering Isles, the Duke of Mania makes you retrieve a chalice for him...in order to enter the dungeon, you need to take a drug that drops off of the occasional bug thing. The longer you last without the drug, the side effects really begin to ******** you up. Thank god you get it dispelled at the end D:

I broke into her shop once while she was out to look for a zombie boyfriend or some kind of twisted incriminating evidence, but had no luck. I managed to fence off some great merchandise though. cool

You know, I think this is outside the Imperial City (Either that or Cheydinhal), but there is burned down building off the side of the road. I think it's Cheydinhal now that I think of it. Anyway, it's a bit way down the road toward the Imperial City, and if you look at the shop sign outside the ruins, it says "All Things Alchemical". eek

Hehehehe. So I clicked 'Rumors' when I was talking to some guy today in Skingrad, and he said:
"I don't know about that Falanu Hlaalu. I've seen him in the graveyard at night with a big smile on his face."
yes. He used the word "him." I laughed. A lot.
