This is the place where you can leave your suggestions, comments, etc about the guild newspaper.
Tell is if you liked this issue, if you didn't like this issue. Tell us what you liked or didn't like about it.
Tell us what you'd like to see in future newspapers, such as which herb, gemstone, god, etc that you'd like to read about.
Tell us what new articles we should have.
Just tell us anything really. We love to hear our members' feedback. And don't worry about hurting anyone's feelings. We need constructive criticism and your ideas to be able to make this newspaper better.
Here are some ideas/suggestions that have been given so far:
- A beginner craft practitioners section (how to get started)
- An advanced craft practitioners section
- An animal totem section
- A current events article. What's going on in the pagan world that we, a smaller, more secluded, audience should know about.
- Featured author of the month. Maybe not even author, but book. Like a book review.
- An astral projection/bilocation section
- A featured Pagan artist/album section
- A game section
So, we've had some great suggestions/ideas so far. Let's hear some more! Or maybe you could just tell us your thoughts on the current suggestions.

I hate my article, there's just much more info I could have stuck in there! gonk . I rather liked the gem, and god/dess article But I think that some of the goddess's listed for Venus and Aphro. aren't all quite the same. There are some slight differences that make them completely different.

I enjoyed your article. You can always put that info into your next article.
As for the gods/goddesses article. That was what I read... it said they were only equivalent to, not necessarily completely alike.

Huh. When I submitted, there was an exercise at the end that apparently didn't make it into the final release. Not sure what happened there. That was supposed to be the more 'hands-on' portion I promised. :sweaet:
Anyway, overall part of why I decided to write for this thing is because there's a greater degree of professionalism here than any other attempt for this sort of thing I've seen on Gaia Online. Nothing else even comes close. Really. I'm glad sources are listed, because as someone with a somewhat academic bent, I want to know if the source is folkloric or from the New Age section or what.
Most publications have a 'game' or 'puzzle' section. We should have one. I have a crossword making generator; not sure what all else others have that they could bring to this potential section.

I've heard that this newsletter used to be not-so-good--but that came from someone who used to be here, but isn't anymore. Oh well.
I like the idea of a puzzle section, too.
Maybe also a little 5-question quiz about Pagan trivia, with answers given at the bottom of the page/article.
That would be fun to write.
I'll think of more. I really will. No doubt.

Funny you should mention that.... because I know exactly who you're talking about.
I'd also like to say that different people have different opinions and just because someone says something is bad, doesn't make it true.

This issue is the first I've read (new biggrin ) but it's very good. I especially loved the articles on birthstones, reiki, and meditation. All the articles were well-written and very informative.

But I can believe it about that person. I'm sure she just wanted to help, though, even though she may have trouble--expressing herself is the word. I know I should make my own opinions about this sort of thing. I have checked it out for myself.
