The flute thing doesn't make sense... No one's ombersure that I can think of effects kissing much... Unless you can growl/triple tongue.

Reality: Many of us have some of the most decent GPAs in the band...and the seniors are pretty decent.

well seeing as how ive never kissed a girl cuz i am one, i wouldnt know if a flute player can kiss the best...but i must say saxes arent bad kissers...
myth: percussion carries the band
^^yeah well the percussion doesnt carry the band, the director does. a band in its own is one, you cant say a single section carries the entire band, because the rest of the band could get along fine without several sections if they are good.^^
true: you cant use a flavored reed in a concert.
^^they make you lose sound after a while and they dont work. that's why.^^
