Put things NOT to do with color gurd things...
never let the ur whine lil sister see ur gurad flags before comptations they will trip over the flag and rip it then u get yelled at by Rick (color guard dictor) and have to run to a million shops before finding the right stuff to replace it before leaving to go to comptations.

Don't let your giant wooden fence roll away. Chances are, it just ran over your flags. [That was our prop. It left a big whole in my Second SongBallad flag]

Don't walk by guard when they're practicing because they are NOT afraid to pop someone upside the head with their flag.
That happens a lot in our school because the guard is usually practicing when everyone else is hanging around and they just happen to practice in the middle of the room, and some people have to get to their lockers. >>

never let freshman who aren't even in color guard get with in a 5 foot radius of anything important to the shows auxiliary
they will always find a way to ruin something when you dont have time to fix it

Never throw anything higher than a triple on saber outside when the sun is out and theres no tape on it without sunglasses. The reflection on the blade will blind you first, then the saber will come down to break a finger.
and if you ever have a solo toss in an indoor show and you drop...dont try to blame it on the wind.

do not toss multi colored flags during windy weather. it lill blow off to the side, u will grab the silk, and have half of a flag

never practice rifle in the rain... very bad, and expensive things will happen

never toss a spin flag at a band meader they will not catch it in time and they will get hit and mostly start to bleed

ninja NEver name your epuipment
Never purposely hit a band memeber ( it leads to trouble )
Always hit the people that are in the way of your set especially if they are not in the band ( one time at our homecoming game we had to do our show after the football game and we went out to do our show and there were football family's still on the field and they were in the way of my set and my pole was a five footer! OH YEAH!) ninja

If you hit a judge during marching season don't stop to apologize...
that's right i did that my freshman year cause no one told me you get points for running over the judges. lol.
if you injure yourself before competiotion and your coach tells you to stop practicing they probably know what they are talking about.
it is not considered a drop it is considered a floor catch.

during band camp, never let your roomates run off with your swing flag, socks and a rubber band....
(my romates took my flag, tied it back with a rubber band, balled the socks up and started to play baseball in the hallway!!!!)

Never ever ever let your friends in class sneak into your guard bag and get out your only roll of electrical tape while your not looking. >< (this happed today to me)
First, he will take a ridiculous amount of it and wrap it around his hand. Then other idiots in the class will BEG you to let them have some. And then all will go to hell.....
