I've known my best friend for over 6 years and I love her to death. Well, last year she met a guy who she started dating....at first, he was amazing and I was extremely happy for her.

About 5 months later, they broke up for reasons unknown. Since then they've gotten toghether and broken up more times than I can count. It seemed like every other week their relationship status changed! EVERY time they broke up, she would call me crying.
I got SO tired of her getting hurt my that damn boy. She says she loves him so much....but she gets hurt EVERY TIME.

I just recently found out why they broke up originally...he pressured her into something she wasn't comfortable with (she won't tell me what) and she didn't tell him until the next day that she wasn't comfortable with it.

She said almost every time they break up, it's because he wants more from her than she is willing to give.

WELL. To add to that, her mother HATES him. She usually doesn't allow them to see eachother, but my friend will do it anyway and get in huge trouble. She snuck out this morning to go to breakfast with him and her mom finally just shut down her cell phone service.

I aksed her if it was worth it, and she said that it was because she loves him so much....but it just doesn't make sence! He hurts her constantly (not physically...) but she just can't let go! She gets insanely jealous if he shows interest in any other girl when they're not even together....

How do I help her get over him and STOP prioritizing him before the rest of her life?

Sadly in one of thses situations she cannot be convinced or anything like that.
The only way, really, is to force her.
It's not nice, but if she proclaims to love him then nothing will convince her to leave him.
He obvioulsy does not love her if he forces her to do things, then abandons her because she refuses.
(Well done on her for refusing anyway)
I am sure her mother would be glad to help.
A way of forcing them apart is if you keep her completly busy so she has no time for him.
Make sure she has no way of getting in contact with him.
She will complain that she won't be able to see him, and you ned to keep telling her your view as her best friend.

Now I will destroy him.

If you've already tried, then you have, and there's not much else you can do.

It'll hit her one day like a trainwreck, it might be too late, but we learn from our mistakes.

And some girls have this strange way of liking men. It's the whole "You treat them like dirt, they stick to you like mud." idea. Sadly, it's true a lot of the time.

Would it be okay, would it be okay if I took your breath away?
