I've been trying to lose weight for a long time , however I always fail .
This time , I'm really going for it and want to lose weight , however I dont know how to start .
I cant afford going to gym's , but in my house I got a stepper and a exercise bike , also there is a park 10 minute's away , so I can do walking there . How much exercise should I do in a day ? time wise.
I will try to cut down some of my favourite foods , but it's too hard for me . Can anyone please give me help on how to cut down my favourite foods like Pizza ?
I'll also try to do a diary of my weight-loss in the sub forum

There are tons of websites and threads in this guild that can give you information like that. 3nodding
But starting off takes baby steps. Don't try to stop eating pizza completely or exercising three hours a day right off the start. Gradually your appetite will decrease and gradually you'll gain more stamina in exercise. 3nodding

Start with ONE thing you think you can do. I posted Weight Watchers Good Health Guidelines in the Weight Watchers Discussion thread; pick one suggestion and run with it. Do it for a week, a couple weeks, a month. Weigh yourself when you begin, and then once a week after that, say, on Sunday. Chart your progress, but keep in mind that changes of less than one pound are NORMAL, and are still progress.
When you've gotten so used to that one change that you don't consider it a hardship at all anymore, pick one more thing from that list and add it to your life. Repeat as needed.
