Simply put, watching the Easy Company duking it out in Europe and becoming the closest friends ever has no comparison. Yeah, Gurren Lagann is the most over-the-top ******** badass awesome series ever... but compare that to the real grit of the French battlefield and the real, actual stories of heroism that happened, and you got a really solid thing that's the best ******** series in the world! surprised
