The Colours seem to match quite well, it could use some gloves though.
Now, the whole avi. I'll go from top to bottom. The mask is more two shades of grey than black and white also the eyes and the cloak go good with the avi. The 70's shirt with the tie was a good choice for the top and the dark star goes good for the background but, like I said your avi could use some gloves.
The Lunar scythe looks good with this avi but i would suggest a white belt instead of a black one. I don't really have any suggestions for the pants and shoes though sweatdrop
One last thing to add is that i think an angelbow (the wings) would look really good on your avi but it might make it have to many shades of white and backfire. stressed

The colours are really random and the shades don't match in most parts, but it looks sort of like thats on purpose.
the ears are really out of place and the anklets make it sort of a plop shape that isn't very attractive but other than that it's really quite good.
Just one suggestion: you could try the superior form metallic skin just on preview to see how it looks , I think that might be a pretty good addition.
Overall: 8/10

It has no theme or color scheme (ooh i made a rhyme! 3nodding ).
All it is, is a bunch of random MC's piled on top of each other and it looks like it's worth over 200k personally i think toy could make a much better avi for that amount of gold.
