yeh u herd me.u can get ultima weapon for cloud before u even enter midgar for the final fight.wen u have control of the airship, and if u remember that crater/waterfall thing near midgar, simply go into it (u fly into the crater thing with the airship) and ull see ultima weapon there.fight him, and hell fly off eventually.keep following him in the airship (this part takes a wile cuz he has to stop for u to fite him) wen u finally defeat him near cosmo cannion or watevr its called (above the forest) ull obtain ultima weapon and can equip it rite away.in other words if u get this u can easily defeat prod cloud or watevr (took me like 3 or 4 hits tops from each of my guys) then make sure barrets in ur party and open the chest on ur way to hojo to get barrets ultimate weapon, then voila 2 ultimate weapons before disc 3. (ive been on disc 3 for like 50+ hours so im not sure were u enter disc 3)

Thats good to know! I have to beat the game all over again cuz my friend over wrote my game... I was ready to fight Ruby and Emerald weapon, hard all the best limits breaks, ultimate weapons... *sigh*
haha, any way thats a good tip. Doesn't the guide say not till disc three? It lies... domokun domokun domokun

lol yeh it says not until disc 3, but i got mine in disc 2 lol, i think they thought ud go strait to midgar insted of looking around.i went rite beside it to see if anything was in the crater area, and ultima was there lol.hes much easier with cloud in ur team.

I prefer to wait until I get Knights of the Round materia, that way you cast it on him your first encounter and you need only kill him once more. It saves you a lot of frustrating running around.
