Again, the Orange Box should not win any awards since it's not a game.

Yes it is. Its 5 games in 1, so all 5 games are included in that catigory.

Many weren't thrilled over this list so I put it to see why.
@Griggle990: Yes it is. Whether it's for better or worse is up to debate.
@Daxel: I'm surprised considering Viking gave it such a low review.

The Orange Box, is an Orange Box in which the Games Half Life 2, Half Life 2: Episode 1, Half Life 2: Episode 2, Team Fortress 2, and Portal reside in.
There is no GAME called the Orange Box.

HistoryWak X-Legends-Never-Die-X Halo is NOT the most addictive game. lol end of discussion with that huh? Definitely. When I played Halo yesterday, I was NOT addicted. I would rather have played Gears. I was fooling my friend in Gears of War. He had the sniper, and I made him waste ammo by getting above cover then going back down so he would miss. FUN!

I haven't played Gears in a while. I play over Ace's. Me and a friend of mine still needs to beat campaign mode. xD I hope Ace didn't delete our file. I don't think he did though. Gears is so much fun!

It's a lot faster-moving, regardless of the winning score count. EDIT: As for Halo, that's also lotsa fun, though I prefer Gears.

Halo 3 is just kinda... there. I mean, it's cool... but nothing special. The coolest thing is the replays of the online matches. But if you're not really motivated to actually play the game, who really cares?

I don't care what anyone says bioshock did not deserve game of the year it was to weak to deserve it it has little to no replay value at least for me of all those nominated either Halo 3 or mass effect should have won and most likely it should have been mass effect while I love halo mass effect did have a much larger scale story but I stick to my guns and my choice would have been halo but I am a realist meaning I know what should have had a chance and what should not have and bioshock and orange box should not have even been in the running mass effect and Halo were the only ones that should have truely been considered of that group of nominees

Bioshock is weak? No replay value?!!? If it's weak, how did it win GOTY on X-play? How did it win for best artistic design for Xbox 360 on IGN? How did it win GOTY here? How did it win Xbox 360 game of the year here? How did it win best art direction, best writing/story, and best sound design on x-play? How did it win best Graphics Technology and best Use of Sound for Xbox 360 on IGN? As for replay value, if it has none, how come my favorite part of going to the game store near me is getting to play BioShock? It's a great game. It deserves the awards it gets. Saying it shouldn't even be nominated is just crazy be it an opinion or not.
