I'm not that great a writer and this is my first one so it's basically a loose review.

Graphics: The graphics are absolutely gorgeous. It's graphics is one of the best I've seen so far on Wii. The art work and design is really nice. All characters in it are creatively done and look appropriate for their role. During boss battles there are surreal dream-like (hence the name) images that make these battles have a very strange feel to it. Over all the graphics and the artwork and design really give the game a lot of it's feel and it exceeded expectations. 10/10

Gameplay: Gameplay consists of two parts, controlling Will/Jill and controlling NiGHTS. You have a choice to use the Wiimote & Nunchuck, Classic Controller, or Gamecube controller. I have not used the Wiimote or Classic Controller. The great thing about the choices is that if you don't like the controls on one of them with the game you have other options. I used the Gamecube controller. It works really well with that. Flying might be strange at first but there is a tutorial at the beginning of the game when the dream begins that teaches you how. After I learned how it was lots of fun flying around. You go into different doors for missions and they unlock other doors as you complete them. You can choose to do missions or you can go to "My Dream" which is a Chao Garden type of place. The missions range in difficulty from easy to hard.

Now for some negatives with gameplay, the missions can be a bit long and that's good but there is no midpoint and when you get a game over (Nightover) you have to restart the entire mission over again. For example, you have to find three keys which takes about 5 minutes to do tops because you have to actually chase it down by flying and it don't happen fast. You would go right to a boss battle from there and if you die at the boss you don't reappear at the boss you reappear at the beginning of the mission and you have to find the keys all over again. I kept saying every time I got a game over "I wish there were midpoints" because how annoying that got. A bigger issue than that was that the dreams was too short individually. Having two dreams doubled the time played but each dream was short. The camera was weird at first when flying because I didn't know the main idea of how flying was set up but I got used to it there was no longer a problem. I have to give Gameplay 8.5/10

Story: The story (or stories as you play though two different dreams.) is really nice. You don't really expect that type of story in a game and it's refreshing to me. (Though not everyone may feel the game way about it) There are even lessons involved that they make sure to point out such as trusting your friends. A problem I had was the story was too short for each dream. I give the story 8.5/10.

Lasting Appeal
: You can go back and play any mission you want and there are unlockables for collecting certain things and for getting a "C" or above in all missions. There is "My Dream" that is online compatible and there is 2P racing and battle. I have yet to play those so I'll let you know later. I give a 8.5/10 for lasting appeal.

Overall through putting these ratings all together I give it a 9/10.

How'd I do? Do I need to add anything?

Nice, though I suggest updating your review once you try WiiMote and Calssic Controls. And Multiplayer.

Hmmm. Well, I think that graphics would be pretty low. Now, if you want to say "visuals" then, sure.

You know. It's pretty well low-poly, but it's got a surreal theme and it's nicely colored.
