Seika sauntered across a desolate region at the base of a volcano. The ash at its base covered her paws, turning them black. Her red-orange eyes looked up at the volcano. Smoke rose from it and she stared in wonder and awe. Her addiction to fire was creeping up on her again and she looked around for some way to ascend the volcano. No one else seemed like they'd be here anyway.

 The ash stirred and mixed with the fog that hid Jelani's paws. He flicked one ear, running his toung across his lips as he locked towards the volcano. Nothing impressive. He could kill just as much as an erruption could, with more blood. He liked blood...
He hardly noticed as he stopped not too far from a female, looking towards the peak of the volcano with a mixture of jealousy and disgust. Why wasn't he held in awe like a volcano? He could kill, he was powerful. A growl errupted from his throat and he furrowed his brows. He was better then a damned mountain.

Hearing a growl, Seika's attention flickered to it's source. A black and red male with horns and tail like her own. He also had draconian wings, those of a Undulcan if she was not mistaken. He also carried around a weapon that she identified to be a scythe. Her red and orange eyes met his blood red ones. "Yes?" She acknowledged him with a flick of her tail.

Jelani whipped his head, meeting the orange eyes of the brave soul that intruded on his privacy. " I spoke nothing to you, female. Find someone else to bother." His gaze left hers, trailing over her features. Her bright orange fur burned his senses. He wasn't fond of any bright colors but that of blood.

Seika drew her head back sharply. Female?! Who does he think he is?! Arrogent Undulcan . . . Her eyes narrowed and followed his gaze. "You growled and your scannining over me." She retorted with a hint of a growl. "And my name's Seika." She added, her growl becoming more evident.

"I growl often, and yes, I'm scanning over you; a task which is burning my eyes." He snorted. "I don't need your name, female." He stressed the last word, smirking.

"And you're a beautiful sight aren't you, arrogant Ulaya?" Seika asked, her expression not changing. She wasn't about to give this male the satisfaction to think he won, because this was far from over.

Jelani chuckled darkly. "Why yes..." He lifted a paw, looking over a few faded scars, "I happen to think I am." He flickered his gaze to her once more, without lowering his paw. "Thank you for the compliment."

Seika rolled her eyes. "I take it you don't understand sarcasm that well, do ya?" She asked with another flick of her tail. "What's your problem with females anyway?" She inquired, her eyes narrowing ever so slightly.

Jelani lowered his paw, snickering. She'd asked a question of which she wouldn't like the answer. "My problem with females? They're weak; useless for anything but reproduction." He snarled, standing up and lifting his head high.

Seika snarled back. "What are you talking about?!" She hissed. "Useless, weak?!" Her eyes narrowed. "You obviously haven't met a lot of us then . . ." She concluded, her harsh voice and anger calming down a bit.

"You heard me." His eyes glittered with amusement. With an uncaring shrugs he watched as she calmed down. "The only females I've met are the ones who I've layed with. I hardly stay around for long enough to learn what their capabilities are. I go by what I see."

Seika rolled her eyes again. "I guess I'm gonna have to prove you wrong, eh?" She asked with a raised eyebrow. Her claws unsheathed and tapped the ground. The volcano hissed as if it was an amused audiance.

"And how are you going to prove me wrong, cupcake?" He spat the last word, snapping his teeth together. ANother hiss of the volcano and ash fell from the sky like demon snowflakes, hiding whatever they landed on from veiw. Jelani's blood red eyes shone with the little slivers of light that made it's way through the ashen clouds.

Seika smirked and sauntered over towards him. "Are you scared?" She asked in a taunting voice, her eyes glimmering through the falling ash. Her tail flicked back and forth. She came about a yard away from him and her claws unsheathed, tapping at the thick blanket of ash and charcoal they stood upon.
