I'm so excited! I just found out that a new Forbidden Broadway album is coming out next month ^_^ Of course, just listening isn't as good as seeing the real thing, and I've seen it on tour a couple of times (I even forced my then-new boyfriend to drive two hours so we could see it, and he actually did it), but never actually in New York. Has anyone else actually seen Forbidden Broadway either in New York or on tour? Also, what's your favorite parody?

I saw the summer edition of it: The Roast of Utopia. It was amazing since I had just seen almost all of the new shows they parodied. For some reason, my favorite was the one on Curtains called 'Slow People.' There were funnier sketches, but that was the one my friends and I kept repeating. The Spring Awakening sketch was hilarious, though when they got to 'Totally Bleeped,' it wasn't the best parody. I'm hoping that they've put in parodies of Young Frankenstein and The Little Mermaid by now.
My Favorite: Bernadette Peters in Gypsy. The first time I heard it, I wondered how they managed to get her to sing that. It was that amazing of an impression.

The Roast of Utopia was amazing. My favorite sketch was the parody of Jersey Boys, but the show in general is gold.

I saw FB: Rude Awakening (the new album) during the strike in New York. We were going to see Chicago that night, but it was shut down due to the strike.
I loved their second Wicked parody, "Defying Subtly." XD
Of course, I always <3 their Les Miserables parodies.
