It was a fairly pleasant day, if one liked the cold. Archie didn't particularly care for it, so while the rest of his family had gone off to see Madeline's new home/school for the first time, he had stayed at home, content to take down Christmas decorations and check on his stock of noisemakers and freezer full of hors d'oeuvres. There was another reason, too, why Archie didn't want to make nice and play at being a family while Dixie and Alek saw where he was sending his former bond. Although he had been the one to effectively ban Madeline from the house once the new term began, Archie was still very afraid of what she was capable of, even miles away from anyone she knew.
Archie smiled at the naked Christmas tree in front of him. With their newly-obtained wealth, the Saturns had gone all out on holiday cheer, the tree being only one part of the fun. With all the ornaments and lights removed, it was still a lovely, if a bit crispy, piece of dead foliage. He reached through the branches and picked it up by the sappy trunk, thankful for once that his fingers were no longer felty. With some difficulty, Archie got the front door open and carried/pulled the tree out to the curb, leaving the door open and unguarded while he did so. It was a gesture of trust, one of the few he had made in the past year, but it could just as easily turn into a mistake at the hands of the strange people that lived in this neighborhood.

Brosser watched as the man known as Archie Saturn tossed away a dead tree, he briefly wondered why the man had such a thing in his house,when it appeared that he was returning to his home he signaled to his companions and began up the driveway. " Mr. Saturn. We require your attention."
Brosser was well aware how intimidating he and his companions looked. The five of them represented the main species found on Bimala and it's moons. They were not by far the most fearsome or dangerous species one could encounter in the galaxy but they were dangerous when combined and against this one man, unless there information was off, they would be more than enough.
Brosser himself was a Ginkoan, seven feet tall , humanoid in structure and covered in sharp spines that leaked .. something. Be walked in front becuase he was the nominated speaker and because he was the one least likely to be denied what he wanted.

"Oh yeah, sure," Archie said, looking up at the men and trying to appear as if he knew what they were here for. "Let's go inside," he suggested. He reentered the house, waving the... gentlemen in instead of simply slamming the door in their faces and hiding under his bed. He was fairly certain they could easily break in if he was anything less than accomodating anyway.

Brosser merely nodded in acknowledgment and followed archie. moving from light light to the the darkness of the house his skin appeared to have went from an olive green to something darker and closer to black. The translucent thin hollowed spines that covered mark of this body had lost the glint they sun had provided them. This did however let one see the slightly pinkish liquid that resided in some of them.
The other's followed lose behind him silent but wary, each keep their senses on alert for any sort of trickery.
Once inside Brosser cleared his throat " We require your assistance in the reacquiring of Surisana Arenda. "

A fleeting memory tickled Archie's mind at the mention of the sibilant name. Snakey. It had been a while though.
"I could look in my files," he suggested, hurrying over to the file drawer and resting his fingers on the handle. The files remained in a corner of the main room of the house in a heavy cabinet, even after the Saturns' recent money troubles. The cabinet was one of the few things Archie wouldn't part with. He looked up at the Ginkoan's face, attempting to project bravery he didn't feel. "Wait... what do you mean, 'reacquiring?'"

Brosser gave a small feral grin " A contact on gaia have informed us that not only is Surisana not suffering but that she is flourishing here. That is unacceptable , this planet is too weak to defend itself if she gains any sort of power here. Not to mention that there are other's here she might conspire with. Those of us who have suffered at her hands have taken it it upon ourselves to return her to her homeworld for a more appropriate punishment. "
With Archie's mind jogged he might notice that one of the company greatly resembled Surisana only his scaled were a deep black and the diamond pattern on him was very faint. Clearing his throat the alien stepped foreward but a glare from Brosser kept him from saying anything.

It was true that Gaia and her people were weak and accommodating. Archie greatly preferred his life here to the one he had lived back home, but he didn't mention that to the menacing creatures standing in his living room. "I'm sure she's not planning anything," he said, even though he wasn't. "I really don't want to be responsible for anyone getting hurt." He wrapped his hand more firmly around the handle of the file cabinet, but still didn't open it.

" Our contact is no longer in communication with us, we firmly believe they were silenced by Surisana." Brosser said taking a step towards Archie. " We'd appreciate your full assistance in helping us complete our task swiftly. If there is no resistance then there will be no need for anyone to be harmed

Archie had never wished more for a Dixie intervention. She would have opened the front door and screamed, all while calling the cops and blocking punches with her face, but Archie just stood there, backed into a corner, trying to think of something intimidating to say. In the end he just stepped to the side and said, "Look for it yourself," hoping that the alien either couldn't read english or his handwriting.

Brosser smirked and moved to the cabinet, he began to rifle through the file while continuing to speak to Archie. " Your assistance is truly appreciated Mr. Saturn." It was best to let a simpleton like this know quite clearly that working with them was much much better than working against them.
Finding the file he wanted Brosser removed it , he was curious about of few of the other's he'd seen but they'd not come here for them and Surisana would be enough to deal with. His fellows began filing out of the house and Brosser followed them calling over his shoulder " Should we require further assistance we will return, please be certain to be available Mr. Saturn, it would not bode well for you if we had to hunt you down as well."

Crossing his arms over his chest, Archie followed Brosser and his gang to the door, slamming it shut on the last of the alien's words. He felt a certain childish satisfaction at the act, at least until he looked over at his looted files. How was he going to warn this... Surisana that there were several large, dripping creatures looking for her? And what about the rest of his files? What if someone else thought it would be fun to come in here looking for revenge? Maybe it was time to move the remaining folders to the safety of the Unit HQ. Maybe it was time to just get rid of them all. It wasn't his responsibility anymore.
All this thinking took little more than a split second, and then Archie was leaning his back against the door and sliding down it until he sat on the floor.
