Appearance: Richard is actually quite built, he stands at a tall 6 feet and has a light complexion. His black hair reaches just over his eyes, but that doesn't make too much of a difference since he always wears his sunglasses. His normal attire consists of a plain black button up shirt, and some gray jeans. If he is not wearing this then he is usually wearing his military uniform. Besides that, Richard seems to blend in with everyone else- aside from always having a cigarette in his mouth.
Personality: Richard is a quiet individual, but he is a great leader- even if he doesn't look like one. While in the army he is usually a great companion, and will watch over his friends. When he enters the company, however, he becomes a cruel leader and strict on enforcement. He takes both of his jobs very seriously.

Greatest Strength: Even though Richard possess no powers, he is very adept at using various firearms. Because he works for the company, Richard is multilingual. He is also very strong physically and mentally.
Greatest Weakness: Richard is still human, so he can die just as easily as anyone with or without powers can.
Biography: Born and raised in Los Angeles, he first got his job at the Primatech in LA when he was 20 years old. Like many, he was given a partner with super powers and did the "bag and tag" jobs just like everyone else did. His super-powered partner went by the name of Viktor Komaróv, a Russian that was older then him by 4 years. The Russian had the power to drain the life at of people- which made their job a lot easier. When he turned 25 Richard was promoted and was given a job in New York. His new position resided as a scientist so he was no longer needed out on the field- which he was in relief of despite losing his partner. It was not until later years that Viktor was hired as well. When Richard turned 29 he was given the position of the head of the science and labs department. His jobs included testing on subjects, something far easier then his old "bag and tag" position.
When the Iraq war broke loose, Richard was given a special assignment. He was to take the role of a military officer and find people of different powers to test on. Though he refused the job, he was later forced to take the position since the company was starting to get short handed. He left New York after letting Viktor take over his position. He has been undercover as a military officer for 5 years under the name of David Emery.
