The Royal University is on the Palace grounds. its where the countries lawyers, mages, alchemist, and other such jobs learn their trade.
There are four buildings in the complex the main one shaped like a U, with the open end facing north, and has four floor. The classes in this building are the general classes one takes when you are just starting.
To the east is the second building is the one for mages and alchemist it has very thick walls and floor so that if, no when!, something happens it doesn't hurt to many people. It has two floors.
Third is the Library, to the south of the 1st and 2nd buildings it is three stories.
The four building is for the Healers located to the west of the main building.

Until we get some, Teachers are NPC so just godmod them.
