Kimimela was simply amazed of the Christmas season. Strange how even the other soquili got into this joyous time of giving like the odd ones that walked on two instead of four. So she was simply in the spirit of this holiday trotting this way and that with holly she'd plucked from the trees. Not knowing everything in full she tried mimicking the others by hanging it on the lower branches. Smiling she waited for Thokya with a little sigh. It wasn't exactly like the clearing, but she'd try to celebrate like they did. Swishing her tail she waited with eagerness to see his reaction. Though the holy sprigs were a little off balanced and looked somewhat odd, she hoped he'd be happy.

Thokya trotted through the forest, kicking up little flurries of snow with his hooves. Although it was a bit nippy, the air was fresh and crisp- just the right weather for some brisk exercise. As he approached the small clearing he shared with Kimimela he became aware of something slightly different in his surroundings. A scent of holly and flecks of green and red where there should be none. Thokya hid a smile and followed the trail.
"Having fun decorating?" he asked, approaching the grey and white striped mare with a faint smile on his face. Thokya delicately adjusted one of the crooked holly sprigs.

Kimimela whom was quite used to living in this wonderful place beamed quite happily at the red panda stallion. She wasn't fond of the cold but at least there was a nice warm friend to stand near when your shoulders and legs were frozen.
"Oh yes Kimi err I am making pretty decorations for holidays Thokya. Like?" she asked with a smile that brightened her orange like amber eyes. "Green and red, red and green, like tall trees near deep blue..." she sang quite chipper as she turned to beam at him again.
"What has Thokya been up to? Fun?" the mare hummed with a swish of her tail and nosed another sprig like Thokya did back into place.
