What is the greatest thing you have accomplished as your instrument?
I started playing bassoon only about 6 months, and I made 2nd chair for All-District band. ^^

Sweet! I really wish our band had a bassoon.
My greatest accomplishment on the tenor saxophone was/is being first chair in my school band ever since my first year playing. @-@

So far? In percussion I played our cadence that I had only learned and practiced for two hours. Not as easy as it sounds--I played tenors, was the ONLY tenor, and tenors have melody.
Yeah, yeah, not too great, but still, I was proud of myself.

Well last year I was 3rd Chair In the District Concert Honor Band
And this year I made it into the Symphonic Honor Band, but 7th trumpet, because I screwed up at auditions. xp

well, one year I decided to try out for all region band. but I forgot that I had signed up. so I started practicing literally the NIGHT before the auditions, and I made the band XD

back in 8th grade I was in concert band and then suddenly got moved up to Wind Ensemble. I switched between first and second clarinet the whole time.
My greatest accomplishment though was in color guard this past season. The whole guard had to do rifle feature (I've never done rifle before) and at Grand Nationals I nailed the quad during prelims and Semi-Finals.
I was extremely over joyed. And now I'm taking privet rifle lessons so I can be a weapon next year. ^^

I made Quad- State the last two years, and I have 6 of the twelve major scales memorized on trombone AND baritone.

And I knew all my major scales before all the other band kids in my graduating class. =]
But overall I'm not that great :'<

I learned flute in like...3 months. =O
I learned how to play Trills before any flute in band could.
I can play notes higher than any Flute can in my band [I know HIGH B# and I know alot of Trills and Tremellos]
