Well, I'm not sure, but if I had to take a guess as to what's wrong, I'd say that there's not enough space on your computer. confused

try to look in your music files, if you have music because music takes up a lot of space

Go to Add/Remove Programs and delete programs with a lot of MB that you/anyone else who uses the computer never runs.
