The world became covered with soft white snow as the cool days of winter rolled by. A pair of blue eyes were uncovered to the world and Tehila emerged from her light slumber to greet the wonderous sight. A pair of silver bells on her neck hit against eachother as she came to stand and they jingled lightly and joyfully in the silent air. Her small blue wings fluttered, snow rolling from its rest and falling onto frozen floors. How she loved winter.. well, all of winter except the cold.

She moved passed frosted trees into the edge of the forest where a few trees lingered out from the mass. And there she stood watching the few migrating birds pass in the open air.

A young bird, too ignorant to withhold its curiosity, came to greet Tehila. It perched on a slender branch, shifting its wings as the small breeze shook the trees. With a light chirp, it darted from its spot further into the woods. Tehila smiled and followed at a light run, eager to do something to warm her body in the cold temperature.

Soon her feathered company had disappeared and left her, once again, alone in the white landscape until... Hello. A foreign voice filled her ears and she perked them towards the source of the sound. In a light, careful trot, she came upon the figure as quietly as her paws would allowed. Then a green male had came into view and Tehila watched him quietly for a moment, hesitant. She had not come across another for a while now and was extremely excited to find company.

Being ever eager, she pranced towards him before slowing as she came to few. Perhaps the only clearly defined characteristic would be her blue wings and eyes in the white snow so Tehila took care to not startle him too badly. "Hello there!"

It appeared the male had not been startled by her lurking figure only cautious as any would be greeting a foreign figure. But she was no beast nor had any crude fiber in her body and Tehila thought of clarifying her peaceful intensions had she not noticed his gradual change in demeanor. He approached, setting his murky red eyes on the white of her body with a strange but easy expression. Slowly, as he seemed to recognize her form, his body flowed from a low wariness to another form of tension. She shifted shyly under his light gaze and felt exposed despite her thick, winter fur.

As he moved back, the glitter laid across his pelt seemed to dance under the gentle light of day from the silvers to the greens. What a particular pattern. It was nearly mesmerizing but she quickly withdrew her gaze, strangely feeling a light blush in her cheeks. She turned her head back to continue observing his movements quietly or rather his apparent stiffness. Suddenly, Tehila let out a meek laugh at his awkward stance, far too amused to remember her taught manners.

"Has the frost sealed your lips?" Her voice was as soft as always but held a touch of humor and, for her, rare playfulness. Smiling, she then dipped her head lightly in a semi-formal greeting. "I am Tehila. Can the sir offer a title?"

Tehila's amusement grew with every shutter and blush and shift he made in his nervousness. Needless to say, her mood felt lighter than it had been since she could remember. He seemed to stumbled though a few phrases or words before finally landing on his name. This made her giggled madly, failing terribly at hiding her chuckles. "Well, Sorii, a pleasure it is." She tilt her head lightly and the bells around her neck jingled.

At his next comment, Tehila seemed to frown. "I get that a lot. How is it so obvious I'm a stranger to these parts?" She paused a moment to think before shrugging lightly. Then she let her eyes drift back to him and a playful grin settled on her features and she stepped towards him. "Well. How else am I suppose to meet handsome males, Sorii~?"

Her paw reached up and flicked her bells thoughtfully letting them sound against eachother and fill the air with a crisp sound. "I do suppose you're right." Tehila seemed to play on a few thoughts, rethinking his words slowly, taking her time to reply and react. However, despite his clear enough warnings, it did not seem that Tehila was taking him seriously or just doesn't seem to care. Then again, her whole aura was filled with a passive playfulness almost childish but sly.

With a slow but sudden motion, Tehila turned her deep blue eyes to him and her lips formed a gentle grin. "You think I'm pretty?" She spoke quitely and rather amused, "I'm flattered. You're quite handsome yourself, you know." She tilt her head lightly as though extremely interested in his reaction to her words.

Then, turning away from that comment altogether, she looked away for a moment. "I do have to admit though," she seemed to shift back into her shy personality, uneasy to have to admit to a fault. "I am slightly lost at the moment."

Tehila flushed at the touch, unacccustomed to others touching her in any manner. Not even her parents showed physical adoration, it was all spoken and there is where her clever tongue was adopted from. However, that was quickly forgotten, as many things tend to be for her, as he confirmed his flattery.

Then he offered to help her! There was no mockery or any sort of sly or rude comment. Her body lit with happiness and she unconciously bounded up to him, bells jingling on her neck, and licked/pecked his cheek. "Oh that would be wonderful!" She stepped back. "You are too kind, Sorii."

She stepped a little ways away before turning back with a grin, "I must warn you, I tend to attract the worst troubles!"

Tehila grinned pleasently at his rather confident promise. Her long tail swished lightly behind her as she watched him edged towards her, strangely calmed by his gentle presence. As he pressed against her she twitched her ears, growing more curious towards him as the seconds rolled by. "I'll keep you to that then," She agreed while smiling lightly.

However, a small breeze swept past them and she felt a shiver crawl up her spin and through her limbs. The winds during winter were dreadfully cold at times and it made it seem like the fur on her back was nothing but for show. Shaking he head lightly, she moved to follow him. She bounded as lightly and gracefully as usually, however, her body felt tense from the cold.
