Here I will explain the ranking as well as jobs that go with it. Simple stuff, no problem.
Captain Rank. This would be me. I have the final say in inviting and banning members. I have complete trust in my vice captains, and they have just as much power as me. The difference is that also run many Yami Yakuza factions outside of the guild.
Vice Captain. Vice Captains are my eyes and ears. Each vice captain has his or her own job. And most likely if you got invited here, its because of one of them. They are vice captains because I have complete trust in there abilities to keep things running smoothly. I have also known each of these people in person and they have done many things to deserve this title.
Crew. Crew serve as assistants to vice captains in the field they know or do best. A crew member is one who has earn a high level of trust and respect. Crew have established themselves here, become known, are on often, and have been a member of the YamiYakuza for some time.
Member. Members are the blood of this guild. Most likely you just joined. A members job is simply to scope out the place and make sure its right for you, leaving will not cause anyone here to hold a grudge to you. All you got to do is have fun and do what you want, as long as you follow guild guidelines.
Any questions about this should be directed to either me, or your corresponding vice captain if you have one.

Ok, i think it necessary that we all be on the same page on getting new members. These are standards I'm setting for everyone to follow, don't raise them too high but don't lower them AT ALL. The new recruit must follow at least ONE of these. The regulations are as follows...
- He or she wants to take part in the MMO - He or she wants to role play - He or she has been invited by a moderator to serve as help under him or her - He or she can help manage, maintain, or improve the quality of an aspect or the guild - He or she wants to join and see if she likes the guild before becoming an active member (Read below for details)
Now here comes the hard part. They must qualify for ALL of these in order to stay a member. These regulations are as follows...
- If he or she wants to rp, then he or she must pass the rp training academy by being approved by both Veriduin and jintsuri. - If he or she wants to join or make an rp, then go right ahead. If you have any questions, please ask either Jintsui or Verduin - If he or she want to be a part of the MMO, then they must join one of the classes by being accepted by their corresponding captains. - He or she must be on often (read below for details)
Now i will explain in detail some of the more vague rules.
- People who are members strictly to help maintain, manage, or upgrade the guild must notify me if they intend to stay or leave when there job is done. People who stay must follow the rules in indigo above. - People who join that are checking to see if they would like to join may not rp or post in the combat forums. They may only post in the ol chattin hole. These people have a week from when they join to decide if they want to stay or not. People who don't respond will get expelled from the guild. They are welcome to rejoin only if they qualify under the rules in indigo above. - The rule "He or she must be on often" is a played by ear rule. If your on often enough to be known in the rps, or MMO captain thinks your on enough to maintain your rank may stay. If your on often, but know you will have to take a leave of absence, we will not ban you unless you don't tell a moderator AND post in the proper forum (the ol chattin hole is fine). You are welcome to rejoin if you get banned from this.
As like before, any questions should be directed either me, or one of the vice captains.
