Distinguishing Marks: Sanskrit word for 'peace' on his inner arm, right beneath the elbow, and the Sanskrit word for 'love' on the same place on his right arm.
Typical Attire: Cargo pants or shorts, vintage t-shirts or peasant shirts, sandals or boots. Very earthy colors, very hippie.
Accessories: Tribal jewelry, both ears pierced.
Personality: Artie is a complete failure at everything in life. If he just doesn't suck at it, he usually gives it up quickly. He's a horrible procrastinator, hates work, and doesn't show much initiative. Not to say he isn't talented, though. He can string words together well, and could be a great guitar player if he really tried.
His one main talent is taking care of others. Artie is very compassionate and has a heart of gold. He is willing to share everything he has with someone if he feels they need it.
Artie lives for fun and can get into trouble easily. He has a criminal record, but nothing really harmful. Mostly protests he joined in just for the hell of it.

History: Artie was born into your typical upper middle-class family. Large house in the suburbs close to Chicago, parents both execs, older brother and sister. He didn't get much attention at home, but was never beaten and he never went hungry. He found school boring and difficult, so he became the class clown, earning himself a bad reputation with the teachers, and popularity at his schools. He dropped out of high school his senior year to join a band, which quickly fell through. He then spent months planning a trip to India which he never took. His parents forced him to get his GED, and helped him get a desk job for a large company.
He hated this job and was fired quickly. He picked up drugs and decided to hit the road as a comedian. This fell through quicker than the band did. After a stint in rehab (forced upon him by his parents) he found a beat-up old hippie commune house and using some trust funds, had it made up to snuff and purchased it.
He lives there now, and takes in strays. Any animal or person who needs a place to stay, can stay, be it a month, a year, or a lifetime.
He works part-time at a local health store and lives off these paychecks and his trust funds.

I, Werewolf of London (A Kichinko), being of fairly sound mind and fair health, do so say that should I disappear for any prolonged amount of time for any reason barring sudden tragedy or severe injury, Tule is to become an NPC. If I should for some reason choose to quit Gaia, I leave Tule in the hands of Zige and Ever and they may do with her as they wish, be it, killing, being placed as a permanent NPC, or be rehomed. I prefer the first two options over the latter, but it is for Zige and Ever to decide.
