Although I did notice some silarities between G00 and GW in the first episode with the Gundam pilots having been trained for their jobs and suddenly appearing for an intervention, do the similarities end there? Let's discuss this. smile I'm not going to make much of an intro post but I expect the discussion to blossom from here. For those who wish to watch Gundam 00, you can easily find it streaming on http://www.crunchyroll.com

I kind of see it as a cross between Gundam Wing and Full Metal Panic.

I'm basically just excited that they're there's a new Gundam out. It's always great to see the improvements that they've made with animation and dubbing. Although, I do wish that there was more to Gundam Wing...I guess that's what fanfiction is for.

It rips them all not just wing I mean it has alot That I've seen in Zeta and Victory and the gundams are alot like older ones like how Dynames is like the buster, Virtue is kinda like the full armor ZZ gundam, Kyrios rips the Zeta down to the wave rider, and the Exia looks like the Gundam evolve version of the RX-78-2 Gundam.

I watched the first two episodes of this and was all "Hey, this looks pretty cool! I'll have to watch the rest!"
Then, for the sake of variety, I went and watched the only episode of Macross Frontier that's out, and now 00 is just a placeholder to give me comfort until April when they really get into the new Macross.
Could this be the birth of a new mecha rivalry, or will Macross' twelve year break from any new series' be too tall of a hurdle to overcome?
Why am I talking like a cheesy action show narrator?

Good thing giant fighting robots haven't been made uncool yet by the real world.
