Kousha and Katashi are looking at a warehouse near the docks. Kousha starts making hand signals then stops, "Uh... Never mind. You don't know them." They back up then Kousha explains the plan to Katashi.

Kiu sighs, "We got company." An ice ninja gets up, "I'll take care of it..." Kiu silences him, "No." He grins, "I'm going to convince anyone coming after me that it's not worth it." He disappears into the shadows.

Kiu looks around, "Looks like it's just you and me. Think you can take me little shadow boy." Katashi starts attacking Kiu and Kiu goes through the ground. He comes out of a tree and starts executing hand seals, "Itsu, Hei, Na..." Kousha flash steps right in front of Kiu and cancels his hand seal screwing up his jutsu. Then he starts rapidly trying to strike his atten but Kiu Inyu's (Shadow Transport's) through the tree. Kousha stands sideways on the tree, "Sneak attack didn't work... Time for Plan B."

Suddenly all 3 ninja disappear as they engage in high speed combat. Kousha and Katashi are pounding away at Kiu. Kiu goes through the shadows and comes out somewhere else, "Kagesui." Shadows come out at Kousha and Kiu. Kousha focuses with one eye, [Myaku]. The shadows get knocked away by the shockwave. Kiu notices something, [Was that...?] Then Katashi guts him and they start jumping through shadows all over the place beating each other up. As Katashi has Kiu distracted, right after they come out of a shadow Kousha comes down on top of him and kicks Kiu in the head. Kousha zooms in on his neck, [Mya...] but Kiu falls through the ground and grabs Katashi and pulls him under. Katashi jumps out of a shadow then ducks down as Kousha flies in with a kick-to-the-face for Kiu and Katashi kicks Kiu up into the air. As Kiu flies up through the trees he's strategizing, [I can't fight them hand to hand. They're way more skilled. Especially together. In that case, I'll have to unleash my shadow jutsu.] Kousha flash steps above him, spins and kicks Kiu back down.

Kiu executes a few hand seals releasing a shockwave of shadows. Katashi falls through his own shadow. Kousha watches it, [Incomplete shockwave.] He jumps through a hole in the shockwave, rolls but before he can get close enough to attack Kiu he already fell through the ground. Kousha gets pulled under then gets tossed out of a tree. Kiu pops up with his body half way out of a shadow and starts using hand signs. Katashi flash steps behind him but Kiu falls through the shadow again. Kousha's trying to figure out how to kill this guy, [Every time we attack him he can just avoid by falling through the freaking ground.]

Kousha stops fighting for a second to think while Katashi holds Kiu off, "Put him into the air!" Katashi chases after Kiu who's dodging the crap out of them. Katashi flash steps behind Kiu. Kiu starts to fall through the ground again but then a clone of Katashi comes up and uppercuts him sending Kiu up into the air. Kousha flash steps right under him and starts fighting him again, "Try to keep him away from shadows!" Katashi jumps in and helps but Kiu laughs, "Shadows are everywhere nakama!" He lets Kousha punch him then he reappears behind Kousha's back, "Everywhere." Kousha spins around, [He can even use shadows from my punches...] As they're both airborne they start executing a lot of hand seals. Then suddenly Kousha flash steps and starts beating up Kiu before he can finish the jutsu. Kiu is surprised, "You're a lot like your father. You must have strong Kougaiga blood in you if you can Senfu (Flash Step) off of nothing." Kousha knocks him away as they're both falling to the ground. Kiu just falls to the ground waiting to fall through his own shadow and Kousha stops him, "Get back here." Kousha pulls out kunai, "Kunai Ito no Jutsu!" He wraps up Kiu's feet and pulls him back towards him. Kiu uses a hand seal and replaces. Kousha flings the kunai around, hooks onto a tree branch and swings himself onto it.

Then Kiu dissapears. Kousha's trying to find him, "Look for him! Quick!" Kiu shows himself, "Too late." He's already fused with his kagetai (shadow body), "Hehe now you can't touch me without disintegrating." Kousha takes the Hitoro stance, "This is bad. He's using that jutsu again. Now we're limited to ranged attacks..." Kiu falls through a shadow then appears flying up through the air, "I wonder how well you can Senfu." Kousha glares at him, "You want to know?" Kousha falls off the branch. While he's in mid air he flash steps right in front of Kiu. Kiu's surprise can be seen in his eyes, "I've never seen anyone do that before... heh I wonder how high you can follow me... without dying!" Kiu tosses a kunai upwards and disappears. The kunai stops rising then Kiu reappears holding it, "I call it Shadow Kunai Transport. Try to keep up!" [Hehe follow me and die. You can't possibly have enough ATP to rise to the clouds.] He continues using the technique to go higher and higher. Kousha keeps flash stepping up towards him. Kiu watches Kousha flash stepping off of nothing, [Only very rare blood has the ability to Senfu like this... If he really does have this ability...] They reach the clouds, [... maybe not...] Kiu goes down and starts fighting Kousha again. Then he realizes, [That's why he could come up this far... He has such great efficiency at using ATP. The only reason I'm able to fight him is because I had large reserves of ATP... Heh we're both running low now.] Kousha's feeling really tired, [Even though I have super efficiency in using ATP I wasted a lot just getting up here...]

Kiu makes one final attack and stops, [I can't keep doing this... There's still Katashi to deal with... Even with Kousha out of the fight I can't fight Katashi...] They both start falling to the ground. Kousha's thinking, [I've seem to drained a lot of his ATP. This should guarantee Katashi will defeat him.] They fall for a while, [1000 meters until we hit the ground... hmm... I should probably figure out how I'm going to survive that...] Kiu isn't worried about hitting the ground, [I shouldn't have done this... Although I've learned Kousha's true power... Fighting Katashi is going to be a pain...]

Kousha reaches the top of the trees, "Kunai Ito no Jutsu." He hooks his kunai onto a branch then swings all the way around it and throws himself back up into the air. He does this a few times to reduce the speed at which he falls. Kiu lands on a tree then falls through his shadow. Kiu reappears breathing heavily, "Now that Kousha's down... all that's left is Katashi."

Kiu hears Kousha giggle, "What are you laughing at?" Kousha just lies down on the branch taking a break, "I can push myself a lot farther than this but I'm going to let Katashi take care of you." Kiu's surprise is seen in his eyes again, [Is he serious?..] Kousha notices Kiu's surprise, [Who is he trying to fool? He's a horrible actor... well I am using Issekigan nevermind... *sighs* Even though I've drained a lot of his ATP he's probably got a trick waiting for us.]

Kousha's lying on the tree branch still tired from before, [Great. He already took down Katashi... We're screwed...] Kousha scans Kiu, [He shouldn't last much longer though...]

Kiu looks at Tsukiko, "You think you can defeat me? Not even Mashin Ninja and the Ryuujin could defeat me together. I'll give you the chance to run... if you can! hehehe." He Inyu's under Tsukiko, stabs him in the legs then drags him under and tosses him out of a tree, "You know my favorite way of killing people? In mid air." He tosses his kunai, "Because they're practically sitting ducks when they're airborne." Tsukiko deflects the kunai. Kiu tosses a kunai, disappears, then reappears holding the kunai, "The village of shadows is supposed to be the strongest ninja village in the world. You guys aren't doing a really good job. I mine as well kill you all off because you're worthless." He executes a hand seal, "Sokukage Kenwa!" Kiu Inyu's all over Tsukiko slashing him up, "Maybe you're so weak because you expect people to back you up? Too bad kid. That's not going to happen..."

Kousha gets up, [I can't let him kill one of Katashi's students. I didn't think I would need to do this...] Kousha looks up at Kiu, "You kill him and I'll use every last ounce of energy I have to destroy you." Kiu laughs, "That's not much of a threat considering you're practically out of energy." Kousha's laugh is distorted by his machine mask, "It's been a while... since I've had some fun..." Kiu is worried, [He's going machine mode... I've never seen him fight that way before... It's said he's killed everyone in under a minute when he does it...] Kousha looks up at Kiu, "Time to release my energy reserves." Kiu's can't believe what he's hearing, [What energy reserves?] Kousha executes a hand seal and electricity flies around his body. Kiu can sense his ATP building up, "What kind of jutsu is this?" Kousha does his machine laugh again, "You know? I store extra ATP in my body. Since my body can't store it directly, I have to use a jutsu. Then I eat... a Hashi plant that I'm not going to tell the name of and bam! Energy reserves. So far I've been stacking energy for... I don't know 5 years or so." Kiu's really freaked out, "5 years of storing ATP??? What the ********?" Kousha assures him, "Oh that's nothing. I'm going to use one more thing. Shinkaishin." Kousha's muscles tighten and electricity flies around him, "I know you usually take easy kills but... I don't plan on letting anyone die today... except you of course." Suddenly he flash steps in front of Kiu gutting him. Blood comes out of Kiu's mouth, [All that ATP and he's using Shinkaishin.] Kousha starts beating the crap out of Kiu then knocks him into the ground barrying him. Kiu gets up out of the ground, "You don't honestly think I didn't know about that did you. I know everything about you and your Hashi clan." Kiu executes a hand seal, "Looks like I'm going to have to use those energy reserves." Kousha's pissed, "You've been doing the same thing?" Kiu shrugs, "Well I figured just gathering ATP from my ice ninjas wouldn't be enough in case I ever had to fight someone for real. So yeah I used it too." Kousha's reevaluating the situation, [I don't think we can win this fight...]

Kousha lays Tsukiko's body on the ground flat and closes his eyes, "I shall ensure a proper burial once this is over." Kousha sees Kiu eat something, "You damn thief." Kiu's hands start regenerating, "It was a pain in the a** to get these Hashi plants. They allow you to regenerate for a short time, but they're really pricey." Kousha takes the Hitoro stance, "I should unleash Kamosu Kai on you for what you've done." Kiu laughs, "Oh yeah? Not even your clan leader's Kamosu Kai was good enough to defeat me! Kamosu Kai is s**t." Kousha bows, "Unleashing Attack Branch of Kamosu Kai with Level 3 Atten. This is your only warning." Kiu laughs, "You asking me to give up? Hahaha." Kiu Inyu's behind Kousha who says, "Big mistake." Kousha disappears and Kiu starts getting hit really fast then drops to the ground.

Kousha looks at him, "New jutsu again?" Kiu's body melts into the shadows then he shows himself, "By the way. You should help Katashi. I know you hate shadow ninja... because of me... but I'm pretty sure you'd have a better chance at killing me if you help him." Kousha just stares straight ahead unaffected, "Poison is a joke to the Hashi clan. We practically invented it. But this poison's not deadly. You made it so I would have to treat him thus giving you the chance to attack me while I'm administering the treatment." Kiu laughs, "So what's it going to be?"

Kousha walks over to Katashi, opens one of his pouches in his vest then Kiu says, "Kage Sui." Shadows surround them and Kousha closes his pouch, "Done." Kiu glares at him, "That was fast." Suddenly Kousha's behind him, "Did you forget I'm using Shinkaishin?" Kiu remembers, [That's right. He's 5x stronger and faster because of that jutsu.] Kiu falls through the ground then reappears on a tree branch, "Kurayamikai no Jutsu (World of Darkness Technique)." The area turns black and Kousha comments, "I'm immune to Kanjutsu..." Kiu knows, "Of course. The parts of your brain that process senses of taste, smell, hearing and sight are turned off when Issekigan is on. But... Katashi's are working fine, now that you fixed the poison." Kousha's tense, [What else does he know about my clan?...]

Kousha realizes something, "No way." Katashi looks at Kousha wondering what he's talking about. Kousha tells Katashi, "I finally noticed it. Kiu's using some sort of jutsu to shield himself from our attacks... All of our physical attacks would normally shatter bones. Kiu's not strong enough to resist it without using a jutsu." Kiu laughs, "You just finally realized?" Kousha continues, "This jutsu only works for a second, which is why it was hard to notice. Whenever someone hits you physically, you use the shadow from them hitting you to create a sort of body armor..." Kiu applauds him, "I expected the Hashi ninja to figure it out sooner but you Kousha, are the first to say it. You truly are the master of offense. Heh you finally figured out why your attacks weren't working so well." Kousha deactivates Shinkaishin, "So even if I use Shinkaishin it doesn't matter..." Kiu's having fun, "Weren't you wondering how I lived through those atten attacks you used on me?" Kousha, "Atten attacks don't work so well on body armor..."

Kousha's thinking, [Katashi's running low on ATP. After that it's 1v1 with Kiu... Judging by the amount of ATP he's stored I'd say he has less than a years worth. Even so our bodies can only fight for so long before they cannot use energy until they rest. So basically it's all about who can endure battle the longest.] Kousha clenches his fist, [If I studied Kaitenshiki (Rotary Style) longer I would definitely be able to outlast him... but that's Defense Branch. *sighs* Fighting this any longer would be taking a chance and I don't like taking chances.] "Katashi. After you run out of ATP we're getting out of here. If it comes to a 1v1 with Kiu, then it comes down to who can endure the fight longer. I'm not taking chances so I don't plan on dueling him alone." Kiu's disappointed, "Oh? Come on. The Mashin Ninja doesn't think he can take me alone? And you were going to be a Yogensha." Kousha comments, "Yogensha's don't take chances." Kiu taunts him more, "Come on. Command a Sui on me. It'll be fun." Kousha's pissed, "Sui are not jokes. And you should know we never command a non-Hashi to Sui. I'm sure if we did Suicide on you, you would die. Every Suicide launched in history was indefinitely effective... but I'm in no position to be commanding one." Kiu thinks about what he says, [So he's saying Katashi and he are strong enough to kill me. Too bad he's not willing to sacrifice a life.]

Kousha asks, "What thing I was going to do on Kiu?" Kiu takes this chance to attack, "Kage Sui." A swarm of shadows fly at Kousha who looks at them, "Myaku." He fires a shock wave from his eyes, splattering the shadows and returning them to normal. A shadow vine comes up behind Kousha trying to pierce him. He pulls out a kunai and without turning around, stabs it right before it touches him, "Pointless attacks." The shadow vine falls to the ground and disperses.
