If you are looking to join member campigns, you must be at least as active as the DM.
If you are posting a campign that you wish to DM you must be active enough to keep your players checking in and you must have two thread for the campign, one beinging the campign thread where players and you will RP, the other beinging the OCC (Out of Character Chat) thread where you will post your rules for the campign and where you will look for new players to post.
