clan?: Ryo belongs to an almost extinct clan of the leaf village- The Yinuchi clan.
The unique Bloodline Ability is the Tihexsugan- The Time Split Eyes.
The Tihexsugan is an advanced sight that allows the clan member to see things up to five times faster than the normal eye. This produces the effect that the clan member is looking seconds into the future. This is not true. What makes this seem that way is that the training of the Tihexsugan gives the user heightened reaction and prediction time. The Tihexsugan has four stages. The first two are simple to attain and just heighten its common ability. The third phase can be used to see the points on a body that is releasing chakra and allow his to cut it off.(This takes precision and a good amount of chakra.) The fourth can alter the mind of an opponent and slow their movement and make it seem that the user is moving faster that he is.

personality: Ryo is laid back and coolheaded. He never seems self absorbed and is always lending a helping hand to the people around him. Ryo is very friendly but his posture says that he is an isolate type of person.

History
Ryo was born in Konoha. He was raised by his mother and father as the next clan leader until the age of seven. His father was killed in a mission. After that Ryo was considered the clan leader and thus he was put through rigorous training before he entered the academy. During this time Ryo gained the first level of his Tihexsugan.

Ryo advanced in the academy swiftly and graduated to genin and was assigned to Mokuni sensei. Ryo spent every waking moment that he could train to use his Tihexsugan and soon gained the second level of his Tihexsugan. Ryo and his team decided not to do the Chuunin exams on the first or second year as genin. His team flew threw the first and secound exam but, Ryo met a fellow leaf ninja in the secound round of the third exam that had studied all the weaknesses of his Tihexsugan. Ryo was at the end of his rope when he gained the third stage of Tihexsugan and won the mach. Ryo refused to compeat in the third round but was premoted to chunnin. A year have passed since.

Name: Hituumi (Hit-oo-me)
Type of animal/creature/object: white tiger
Height: 10’4” at the shoulders
Weight: 1586lb
Physical Description: Hituumi is large and muscular. His eyes are blue like Ryo’s and have begun to resemble his Tihexsugan He also wares a calor the has unknown symbols inscribed into it.
Personality: wise and old but still at the peak of his prowess.
Abilities: he cannot make hand signs like many but with Ryo’s hands he can do very powerful jutsu
History with summoner: Five generation ago the blood contract was made between the Yinuchi clan and the white tiger tribe. A blood pact was made with Runiku Yinuchi (Ryo’s 5X great grandfather) and Hituumi, the leader of the White tiger tribe. And thus the Tihexsugan began to pass to him. Over the years, every ninja in the clan was added to the contract but only the main male member of the family could summon Hituumi. Thus when Ryo’s father died on a mission Ryo was entrusted with learning the way to summon Hituumi and during the chuunin exam Ryo made his first successful summon of Hituumi.

Name: Zoe & Yoe
Height: 7’4” at the shoulders

Physical Description: Zoe is female and Yoe is male. They are twins and look the same as well. They are two thirds the size of Hituumi and are lightly built. They both have matching braclets on, Zoe's left leg and Yoe's rightl leg.
Personality: outgoing and quick witted
Abilities: he cannot make hand signs like many but with Ryo’s hands he can do very powerful jutsu
History: They are Ryo's personal sommon and take less effort to summon. Ryo sommoned them as his first sucsessful summon when he was a gennin.

personality: outgoing and caring and optimistic and funny, akiko is very friendly and will talk to every one. She is a very skilled ninja and is most likly to become the next kazekake. She is one of the number one rookies this year. She is friends with almost everybody immidiatly except thso who tick her off. she has a slight temper but doesn't stay mad for long. She is the eight-tailed phoenix, which is a jinchuriki.

Water shield (looks like gaara’s sand shield but it isn’t automatic, She has to control it fully)
Healing with water (same as the medical ninja but the color is light blue instead of green)
Clan: The Niwa clan is a dying clan with only Mizumi and her brother left. Niwa in Japanese means garden and to start a garden you need dirt and water. The Niwa clan can control either earth (such as dirt not plants) or water. Long ago there were two scrolls for each element, water and earth teaching people how to control their powers. No one knows how, but they disappeared six years ago.
History: Mizumi’s parents dies very early in her life. The both died when she was two years old (on a mission together and got killed). Her brother Hiro (25, controls earth) had been caring for her until she was five when he suddenly disappears coming home from a mission. On a mission three years ago she saw her brother, he was with the akatsuki.

Has no abilities at all, but Kisa still goes with Mizumi wherever she goes. Kisa was given to Mizumi by Hiro when she was five. Usually Kisa is in Mizumi’s backpack or on her shoulders.

Gaara walked through a door when he was told he could see the hokage "Ohio Gondimas, Hogake-sama" He nodded Curtly to each of the people seated and took his place, the exact opposite of the Hokage "Naruto-kun, I have brought my daughter, I hope that is okay...." He motioned for her and Akiko walked into the room slowly and stood behind her father "O-ohio Gondimas..H-Hokage-sama" She said blushing slightly. She was nervous in front of all the adults

"Naruto, that is a good idea, indeed, but I must ask you, why not have a medical group from each nation?" Gaara said leaning back a little into a more relaxed position. Akiko hesitated a little bit the bent and whispered into her fathers ear "Thats a good point Akiko-chan. Naruto, my daughter makes a good point. You say this idea is to let other shinobi learn about our two different countries, so then, why not mix the Leaf and Sand shinobi into the squads? For instince, in one of the squads, there would be two Sand ninja and one Leaf ninja, and in the other, two Leaf ninja and one Sand ninja? And the same would apply for the medical groups." he said leaning forward intohis original position, while Akiko retreated into the shadows. "And what about the squad leaders? I propose that in the squad that has one Sand ninja the leader be from Suna, and the squad with one Leaf ninja, the leader be from here. What do you think Naruto?" he said tossing the conversation back to Naruto.

After the third hokage died, many of the clan mysterously vanished. No one knows what happened. She doesnt particularly like using the shapeshifting powers because to her it seems too manipulative.

Naruto smiled and said. "Good, now we just need to diside the other student and a squad leader." Naruto stood and walked to the window. He looked from Sasuke to Sakura. "There is one more bit of buissnes that I need to speak with you about. And I am sure Akiko would enjoy looking around the village. Possibly look at the academy, the students have the day free untill we give out headbands to the graduates." Naruto had becom very somber and waited for her to leave.

Facts: Childhood friend of Hatake Kakashi and Umino Iruka.
Appearance: 5'6" with guy-short blond hair and emerald eyes, born to Namikaze Minato and Uzumaki Kushina before they were married, so she is called the illegiment child of the fourth. Konoha has forgotten about her, however, for she has been gone from the village for six years. Often mistaken for a guy, for her voice is strong, and she conceals her appearance with a full face ninja mask and a hooded cloak. Under the cloak her trademark outfit consists of baggy black jeans and a loose-fitted high necked tank top. Under her top, Kei has bandages that start at the neck and run down to her waist.
Weapons:Custom-made kunai and shuriken, along with two katana that she wears strapped to her back under her cloak.
