Tahka was not really looking for anything to do, no; he was more the less trying to find a place to hide while Mjrn stalked the lands looking for him. She wanted him to look after the cubs while she went to hunt and he had other things he wanted to do.
A poor father, yes, but that wouldn’t change any time soon. Tahka was so full of himself- he didn’t care to change and felt he never would.
Sara had given him a harsh reality check though and the fear of losing her or the family sank in slowly.
He was unsure of what to do, but… for now, he was going to enjoy himself… even if only for a short while longer.
His red eyes narrowed as he stopped and sat down beside pride rock. He gazed up at it harshly and looked away, pondering his next move.

Mzuza, along with the rest of her littermates, had only just entered into adolescence. Indeed, being older and actually having some responsibilities was quite a new feeling, although of course out of the many royal siblings, it was not her who had the most responsibility. The copper princess took that to be her silver lining, and it was only the knowledge that she would not one day have half as much responsibility as Sarakiva and Akida that kept her from wondering what was the good side to growing up.
She had recently finished yet another little growth spurt, and now was filling out nicely and well on her way to becoming the fine lioness she would one day grow up to be. Never one to want to show off to the world, though, it was hard for anyone to tell whether or not Mzuza was proud of her obvious maturity now that she was no longer just a cub.
Because she had always been the most mature of her siblings, Mzuza had always enjoyed the freedom to come and go as she pleased with minimal interference from her parents. That much had not changed, and now, the copper adolescent made her way out of the den, blinking at the sudden change from shade to sun, before picking a path down the side of Pride Rock, wondering where she would go today.

Tahka’s eyes narrowed to fine slits as he gazed upon a golden lioness that was wandering his way. A sly smile grossed his maw as he stood up and flexed his shoulders some; his black mane curled along his backside some as he eyed her intently. He was growing up fast and his dark colored mane showed his age.
He was a young male with a sly smile, but he could act so sweet when he wanted to.
It was all apart of his game really. The no good b*****d.
His red eyes slowly traced her form as she moved closer to him, and with a soft tone he called out to her, waving a paw.
“Hello miss, I seem to be lost, might I bother you for some directions?”

She had not expected to meet someone quite that soon, and she looked up from watching where she put her paws, eyes opened wide in surprise. The rusty colored lion before her was obviously somewhat older than her, although still an adolescent. He had red eyes that almost matched her own, which she noted quickly. She was rather proud of her own red eyes.
"Oh, why... Sure, I don't see why not," She said with a little smile. He reminded her of someone, somehow, but she couldn't quite put a paw on who. She couldn't quite say that she had seen him around before, so that couldn't be it. She took her last step off of Pride Rock and onto the grass that covered the land.
Though as a cub she had been graced with the idea that if she were to run into a stranger, she would need to stop talking to leave, she had quickly grown out of the silly notion. She quite enjoyed meeting new lions, and it was hard enough to stop her from talking to them.

“And what’s your name, my dear?”
When he put on his better smile and charm he wasn’t all the day nor did he look as twisted as he really was. He was eyeing her up and down now, taking her in through his red orbs that they seemed to share. Hah, what a lovely pair of eyes she had, indeed.
He moved himself a bit closer as she stopped and spoke out.
“My name is Tahka, thank you for all of your help, in advance.”

"My name is Mzuza," She said with a warm smile. Though usually she did do a fair bit of worrying, he seemed so friendly and charming that she couldn't see him doing anything that might be harmful to her or any of her family.
"You're welcome, Tahka," She said, repeating the name to make sure she remembered it. She realized that his name sounded awfully familiar, perhaps from a story her mother had used to tell them, but she wasn't quite sure. And for the moment, she didn't quite need to dwell on it, so she pushed the thought from her mind and decided to focus on what was at hand, instead of what she could later spend time pondering.
"So, how can I help you?" She said after a moment, realizing that that was the reason he had spoken to her in the first place.
((Aiieee, sorry for the lateness. I forgot to check back ;-; ))
