Those are a few laws for all Kagen to abide by. Though most don't even know these rules -much less follow them- they still exist. They go up to F-law section 5.

Plot Ok, so there were some Gods and Goddesses, probably Greek. They all made promises not to have kids with mortals. Because they are, or were immortal, they eventually broke this promise, being bored and all that. Their kids overthrew them, and now the half-mortal, half-god children of Zeus, Poseidon, and Hera rule on Olympus, causing great unrest because, as we all should know, kids shouldn't rule over the entire world(If you are a child of the previous mentioned gods, you don't have to live on Olympus...). The other kids of Hades, Ares, Athena, Aphrodite, Apollo, Hermes, Artemis, Demeter, Hephaestus, and Hestia live on earth-yes anywhere on earth-having to discover on their own whether they are kagen. Kagen is the name for half-human half-god. Zeus' children can control lightning, but not make it. They are also extremely flirtatious with no self control. Poseidon's children become extremely powerful when near water, not just ocean water, all water. If you go without water for too long, like 12 hours, they become extremely weak(they can't move), and if they don't get water, they die. Hera's Children are useless and are free to roam between the earth and Mount. Olympus. They aren't allowed to tell anyone on earth that they are Hera's children. Hades' children can manipulate souls a little bit. They are really bad at hiding their anger due to the fact that their hair starts to 'burn'. The angrier they are, the bigger the fire (their hair doesn't really burn it just turns into fire, so their hair is still there). Ares' children can strengthen weapons, and have amazing battle skills. They aren't really all that smart other then in-battle skills. Athena's children are more intelligent then others, although they seem to be stuck in the hippie age, and a bit distracted by everything around them(that means that they have ADD or ADHD). Aphrodite's children can make things more beautiful, and can change their own appearance, although not willingly, into something they will think is beautiful. Example: 'That tree is so beautiful...' Jodi thought off-handedly, then she turned into a tree, identical to the one she had just thought about. Apollo's children have slight time control during the day, but tend to recite bad poetry in the form of couplets or haiku's. Hermes' children are mischievous and cunning. They move quickly and they can change weight and measures of things. They tend to gossip a lot, and put it at the top of the list of priorities. Artemis' children are good at hunting(searching) and living on their own. They tend to like the night better than the day. They are very snobby, and don't like to interact with others. Demeter's children basically have control of the seasons. In the summer, then can make it snow and in the fall, they can make it warm, etc., etc. Hephaestus' children can control fire. They are good at making things and they tend to be a bit ugly or deformed. Hestia's children are good at cleaning. A sad, sad story for them. Oh well.

Since Blake works at a temp agency, he can get pretty crazy at times, but once he's calm he's about as normal as anyone else. He'll give you what you want straight away, if you haven't pissed him off already that is, and is pretty much a loner if there aren't any people he knows around.
Likes;;
Having the day off work, or even just a lunch break without certain people around to eat his sandwich for him. Blake likes the rainy season and not having to deal with his messy sock drawer as well! He likes the lazy days where there's no where to go and nothing to do all day. He also likes it when his dog has already smashed his alarm clock the night before so it's not working the next day to wake him up for work, because if it ringed he'd have to smash it himself.
Dislikes;;
You messing up his kitchen. Seriously, don't even go in there if you can help it. It's already been remodeled five times because of Doro, don't make it a sixth.

Blake's been a loner his whole life, pretty much anyway. He's had a few good friends that he still keeps in touch with, but other than that. He's a hermit. And he tries to never to go out unless for work. Which he gets pretty rarely and when he does, thankfully, pays well enough so he dosen't have to do much for a few weeks more. But at least he enjoys his work of odd jobs, you never know what he'll be doing the next time you see him!

He's got some mad filing skills! Most of his temp jobs are usually for an office of some sort so it helps to have filing skills like his. Cleaning skills, not as good as a child of Hestia maybe, but still pretty good.

Now peoples, the first post!
Drecklor strolled down the street, arms full of plastic grocery bags. He occasionally smiled and nodded to greet people. He was always sent out to get groceries, considering he could mysteriously lift heavy things without hard work. He had his usual bead headphones on, and they were attached to an old CD player. The volume was up all the way, and he couldn't hear when someone called out,
"FreeFall!" He continued his walk to the old building that served as an orphanage. Again, louder this time, "FreeFall!!" He could just faintly hear it. He looked in the direction of the voice, which was up. A girl was standing on top of a building, and she looked ready to jump. The building was at least ten stories high, and if she jumped, unlike Drecklor, she would most likely die. Drecklor removed the earphones, and steadied himself in front of the building.
"Sally! You shouldn't!" He called up, setting down his bags of groceries.
"Why not!? You did it! Off this very roof you did! The first thing that caught everyone's eye was you that day! Now I wanna be that person!" She called back. By now, people had started settling around Drecklor on the sidewalk, seeing what he would do. Everyone knew him as the crazy FreeFall, and the girl as his psycho associate.
"By being dead?!" He responded.
"No! By doing what you did!!" She called down, as if the answer was obvious
"How is you copying me gonna get you known?!?!" He looked angry. He definitely didn't want her to jump. 'That idiot! I should have told her about what that girl, the one who said she was the daughter of a god, said!'
"Well, look around, how do you think it's going so far!? Look at all the people around you!" She screamed down.
"Wait for a minute! I'll be up there in a minute!" He pretended to head for the door of the building. She jumped. He threw his arms up, and lessened her weight by at least 100 pounds, so that she would only weigh a few ounces. She floated into his arms, and people cheered, as if it was what they were expecting. Drecklor picked up the bags and continued to walk to his ratty excuse for a home.

Now peoples, the second post! "Come beast." A red headed boy called into his messy beach side apartment. After his call a small black...thing, came hurtling out of it's doggy door and straight into the opposite wall in the hallway. Doro wasn't fazed by this in the least and just kept going to run around his master a few times before stopping in front of him and siting while looking up at Blake, his tongue hanging from his mouth. Blake chuckled and shook his head down at the dog, then he swooped down, picked the dog up and fastened a black leash to the dogs own black collar. Doro looked good in black, everything else just looked silly. Like pink for example, what kind of color is that for a male dog? Not a very good one, that's what.

Now people, the third post!
"I'm home!" Drecklor called from the front door, not really expecting anything other than the usual response of 'welcome back,' or, 'Okay!' But that's not what he got. All the lights were off, and the old, creaking wood seemed to be completely silent, unlike the usual loud, killer creaking it had as young kids ran past Drecklor as he walked into the house. He set the groceries in the kitchen, and flipped on the light switch to put away the various things he had bought. He did it neatly, yet quickly, because he knew the layout of the kitchen well. He placed the bags into the box next to the garbage, the place where the orphans puts the bags, to be used again for various things.
He stepped into the living room, wanting to watch television. He didn't flip on the light, and he jumped over the back of the couch, only to find himself on top of his care taker, who grumbled, and flailed her arms. She was wearing a party hat, and as Drecklor looked more carefully around the room, there were what looked like party decorations strewn from corner to corner of the ceiling. She gasped for breath as he stood up, and then she said quietly, still breathing heavily, "Now."
Suddenly, kids popped up from behind doorways, underneath chairs, and one even jumped down from where she had shoved herself, a corner of the ceiling where the decorations had hid her.
"SURPRISE! HAPPY 16th BIRTHDAY!" Most everyone called out, some of the younger ones just held out small, wrapped boxes. Drecklor smiled. He had forgotten his own birthday, while the young ones had remembered. How sad. He let a tear fall from the corner of his eye as he hugged the one he had crushed on the couch.
"Thank you! Emma, Thank you!" He yelled, and he hugged her, and she hugged back.

Now peoples, the fourth post! "Ok, Doro. You have to be good today, we don't want mean old Corine yelling at us again." Blake said down to Doro who was hurrying along beside his master as they both walked. Blake adjusted his bag that was hanging on his shoulder with his left hand, his other hand holding onto Doro's leash tightly. Doro looked up at him with a funny look on his doggy face.
"Don't give me that beast, I know i don't do anything to get her to yell at us, so it must be something you do." Blake said, putting his left hand into his pocket. The half full gallon water bottle in his bag sloshed around as they walked down the street, away from the beach. Blake was going to the temp building today! Oh joy.

Now, the 5th!

Drecklor sat at a small cards table. The small presents lay atop a larger circular one, about three feet in diameter. He slowly unwrapped the small ones, only to find simple things like socks, crumpled up T-shirts, and even a box which held a single orange. All things that you could easily find around the two-story house. When he opened the last small one, what he had on the table included an orange, three pairs of socks, two T-shirts with retarded phrases on them, a new looking hat, and the large, carefully wrapped present.
"He's gonna open it!" The girl that had sat next to him screamed. Everyone in the room crowded around the table, necks craning, toes the only thing on the ground. Just to annoy the group, he opened it slower than he did the other ones.
"Come on!!" a few yelled, "Hurry up!!" they smiled. Drecklor did the opposite of what they wanted, and opened it seemingly impossibly slow. A few groans came from the group. Then small hands flew onto the wrapping paper, and tore it away. On the white box, there was a picture of a circular plasma T.V.
"Dude!" Drecklor said, astonished. He ripped open the box, and pulled the circle of styrafome(spelling?) out of the box. He removed the tape, and pulled the television out of it's packaging. He lifted the heavy T.V. with ease, and looked over at his caretaker, Emma. She nodded, and he smiled.
"Thanks everyone!" He knew that it was a joint purchase because a single person in the orphanage wouldn't be able to afford it alone.
"Go install it too. There's cable now." Emma said. He ran to give her another hug.

Nikki sat on the beach, lazily fondling the sand with her hand, staring at the water. She was unsure about swimming today, scared that the water would be so much colder here than the Florida bay. She sighed, and shivered a little as a breeze blew past. "Just because the air temperature is colder doesn't meant the water temperature is. Remember: east coast waters flow from the tropics to the poles, so it should be warm," she mumbled to herself. "It's all the Coriolis effect." She suddenly stood up, and took a step towards the water.

YAY ! Seventh Post !
Rayne packed the last of her clothing into her bag. She had been evicted from the neighborhood for reasons unknown. The government was moving her to California. Why did the government have control of her life ? Because she nearly killed a docter who tried to put her to sleep. She increases the atmospheric pressure around her suitcase so it would close. "Stupid government ....... Always has control over my life.", she mumbled. Then she pulled her last box and her suitcase to her car. Even though she wasn't the age to drive yet, she still did. Rayne didn't have any proof of birth when she took her driving test, so she told him she was 16. She passed and now she is driving to the air port. Moving across the country wasn't something she was looking forward to. From the most historic city in America to the Party city of America.

Emma looked to the back door as she got a large bear hug. Dreklor followed her gaze, seeing that the girl from the roof incident was there, in the doorway. She walked in slowly, and mumbled something like, "m ore fre tha trble bfore."
"Huh?" Drecklor tried to look confused. He knew what she said, but he just wanted her to say it again.
"I'm sorry for the trouble before!" She bowed for some reason, and ran back through the kitchen, and through the front door, leaving both doors open.

Rayne looked at the apartment complex she would be staying at. Then a letter went straight to her face. It was addressed to her. She opened it.
Dear Rayne Clover,
We have received information that you are not of age to live on your own. So you will live in an orphanage. Hope you will be well.

She crumples the letter and looks next to the apartment complex. It was an old, run down orphanage. She twitched slightly. Rayne had a very bad experience with orphanages. Rayne slowly walked towards it, she knew she was being watched. When she reached it, she hesitantly knocked.
