It's my friends birthday soon, and I want to give her something cute and if it's possible something lolita <3.
But I don't really know what, I can only spend 10 dollars on it (well, euro's here) and it has to be something I can find easilly (so no special lolish or internet stores).
So please help <3

Unless you actually buy something lolita, I don't know that it'll be particularly "lolish", as you put it. I mean, everyone's tastes vary as to what is and is not lolita. Anyway.
Maybe you could find her a basket of bath soaps and bubble beads or the like? I think that you should worry mostly about her tastes rather than trying to make the gift particularly lolita.

Get crafty and make something to present your gift with. Go to a craft store and look around for ribbons, paper, decorations, etc... Should make your own card too. I remember seeing a tutorial somewhere on how to make your own box and really cute characters out of a certain kind of paper. Whatever you get her just dress it up with ribbons, laces, and many other things. Maybe you can find a simple charm bracelet and then just fancy up the box, plus a one of a kind card! o(≧∇≦o)

If you go to walmart there's this beautiful watch that has curly numbers on the face. It looks like its from alice in wonderland. It's 12 dollars. I don't know if there is a walmart where you are. If not, ribbons for your hair or any little trinkets would be nice. My friends got me a teddy bear and some candy for my b-day.

thank you all, I think I have a good idea now. I'll make my own card and with the things you told me, I'll have a good idea of what to look for when I go to town.
And no, I don't have wallmart and such xP, I kind of live in the netherlands.

There are generic pretty candies, but I like to go to heaven Joann Fabrics and buy teddy bear top hats and decorate them. Then I give them to friends as gifts. You can decorate them according to you budget.
Here is a plain one:
The hat was $5 and the ribbon was $1, so you'll have money left for lace or flowers. Have fun with it~!! :3
